My experience at Ford of Bellevue was easy and to the point. I was able to schedule an appointment and get my vehicle in within a timely manner. After dropping my vehicle off, I was updated frequently fr point. I was able to schedule an appointment and get my vehicle in within a timely manner. The dealership does not allow for price negotiation. The minimum 50-point inspection on a used car is automatic. My understanding was that they check the brakes. After picking up the car on my first drive, I noticed the brakes were stuttering. When I took it to Les Schwab for a brake inspection, I was told the rear brake calipers were frozen. UGH! This could have been costly if I did not find out. This would have been important the dealership shared with me and offered to remedy so the car was safe to drive. FRUSTRATING! I also never received the final results of the 50-point inspection (i.e. was the oil changes, etc.). On the other hand, my sales representative was friendly and enthusiastic. Even the financial representative was easy to work with in completing the final paperwork. This was my first car purchase ever and I wish the dealership would have worked harder with me to make this experience superb. I love the car nevertheless and look forward to using it on my daily commute. More
