I recently brought my 2017 Ford Escape Titanium to Ford AutoNation of Bellevue for a 100,000-mile maintenance service, oil change, and to address a persistent rattle that a previous dealership couldn't dia AutoNation of Bellevue for a 100,000-mile maintenance service, oil change, and to address a persistent rattle that a previous dealership couldn't diagnose. My service technician, Donovan, was outstanding. He was transparent, guided me through the costs, and was readily available by phone. I greatly appreciated the additional visibility they offered through photos and videos, which helped me make informed decisions on what needed immediate attention. The dealership was efficient and quickly identified the rattle issue. Donovan's assistance throughout the process was invaluable, and I will definitely return to Ford AutoNation of Bellevue for my future service needs. More
