They found an electrical lighting glitch that other dealers couldn't. I was pleased with their persistence to find the solution. Service was done quickly and without upselling for unnecessary addons. Steve handled a scheduling mishap on my end without missing a step, and took adequate time to review service history and make sol unnecessary addons. I wish this wasn't my 'last chance' to send in my review because I'm on vacation and did not bring my service agents card with me. Otherwise, I would definitely be mentioning him by name.
