Jim Slaton was easy to work with, and not the high pressure sales person that one would expect. I haven't been to a dealership for about a year, and to see a large dealership like AutoNation Ford hav pressure sales person that one would expect. I haven't been to a dealership for about a year, and to see a large dealership like AutoNation Ford have a very limited number of new Ford vehicles was interesting. None the less, Jim was really helpful and a pleasure to work with. More

The dealership and The sales person was very helpful , but I was not happy about not having a second key for the car , of which I really need, if I locked myself out of the car and couldn’t get in I would but I was not happy about not having a second key for the car , of which I really need, if I locked myself out of the car and couldn’t get in I would be very unhappy. The key and price that I was told was not accurate. I felt really upset and I just wanted to cry, because the price of the second key was beyond the cost that I was quoted or told. More
