Staff is friendly. I love the car I had purchased from them but, it's been VERY difficult to get a return call for the questions/concerns I have with the vehicle. I hav I love the car I had purchased from them but, it's been VERY difficult to get a return call for the questions/concerns I have with the vehicle. I have been calling and emailing A.N. since 6/6/22. It's now 7/19, and I still have not received a return call. I have spoken to a few of their members, who promised me they will have a manager reach out to me the same day, but I never receive a call or email. I believe I have left messages on 5 different vm's within ANFB and get no reply. With this in mind, I will not be returning to AN for any purchase of vehicle in the future. More

Steven Martin has been the most helpful with my vehicle over the past 4 years. I lived to Ellensburg but still drive to Autonation in Bellevue for all my mechanical needs. No one has treated me better or over the past 4 years. I lived to Ellensburg but still drive to Autonation in Bellevue for all my mechanical needs. No one has treated me better or helped me find the best prices in the area. He was just able to set me up with 4 new Goodyear tires with alignment for several hundred dollars less then Less Schwab was offering on lesser quality tires without an alignment. As long as I have service like this, I will always come here first. More
