Manager came over to find me in line, asked what I needed, and promptly scheduled me for an oil change the next day. Price was very reasonable considering dealership prices tend to run higher. I have brought my cars in for service at this dealership a couple times before and have not have an issue with my service until this last visit on 7/19/22. From the minute I arrived I felt uncomfortable. I was informed by Steve Martin, that my service representative was not in that day due to taking a personal day so he reluctantly said that he would help me. He then proceeded to try and sell me service that I did not need on my vehicle which was the 20K service. My car is at 17,800. I asked how much that would be and he threw a paper in front of me with a total of over $600! I told him I would not do it this visit but consider it for next time. I felt that he was not happy with that answer and his attitude was even more rude. He asked if I get free service on my vehicle. Since I bought my 2020 vehicle new, I have not paid for oil changes which I believe that I accumulate points on the Ford credit card. I asked if he could look that up which he replied, "I don't that number!" I was able to look up the number on my app and then he told me, kind of snarky, "You have a whopping $4." I opted not to wait for my car so was told it would take 1-1 1/2 hours. I arrived back at the dealership 1 1/35 minutes later and Steve was not there so I checked with another advisor to see what the status was of my car. I thought it was ridiculous that he could not tell me and that I had to wait for Steve. I waited for Steve for almost 10 minutes! Apparently the car was just being completed. He charged me for the oil change over $100. I just did not appreciate his attitude and find it ridiculous that no one else could not tell me what the status of my car is if my advisor is not sitting at his desk. Maybe I should just go to Jiffy Lube next time. More
I'd been putting off getting a new fender liner installed because I thought it would be a hassle to do. Worked with Michael at the service desk. He sent me to the parts department and I prepaid for everythin because I thought it would be a hassle to do. Worked with Michael at the service desk. He sent me to the parts department and I prepaid for everything needed for parts. He gave me an honest quote when I came back to the service desk. The guys there were funny to talk to and were very nice. Parts came in in 2 days and I had the car back within 24 hours of dropping it off. Terrific service team. They've earned my future business.
