I went to have my car battery checked as it had lost the charge a week ago and I was getting a message that I needed to shut down the car or do a start-up. It happened again, so I took it in to see what was charge a week ago and I was getting a message that I needed to shut down the car or do a start-up. It happened again, so I took it in to see what was wrong. I brought it in to have it checked, and I was told about the battery problem. I said I would wait and it did take a while but I was informed when it was done. I am very pleased with the service I received. I would go there for all my service as I have been driving Fords for a while More
I was not overly impressed with your new service people ( Connor or Aaron) 1. I have used your service for the last 5 yrs & When I mentioned getting new wiper blades he informed me my extended service had Connor or Aaron) 1. I have used your service for the last 5 yrs & When I mentioned getting new wiper blades he informed me my extended service had expired. ( I had 5 left) I don’t appreciate not being reminded of it. You certainly don’t have a problem sending me texts & e-mails when you want responses. 2. I asked for my head lights to be checked and he said that is a Monday- Friday job to busy on Saturday. 3. When I told him I would wait for my car…. he said it will take way to long because of the non appointment cars they accepted.
