In all three instances they said they would return the call with estimates, they failed to call back. No promised response was received. I eventually took my auto to another shop for repairs. Another incident, I spoke to a service advisor that said they would provide my Expedition's door code. I asked what the charge would be and he informed me they would do it free of charge. I made an appointment, but when I showed up, they said the charge was going to be a minimum of $100. I informed the service advisor that he said it would be free of charge. After some arguing, he said he would check to see if the mechanic would do it free of charge. I purchased my Mustang from Bowenscarff because of the poor customer service. A friend of mine experienced similar issues with his truck from the Bellevue service department. He eventually purchased his Raptor from Issaquah because of his experience with Bellevue Ford. He said the service he's been getting from Issaquah is much better. It would have been nice if the Bellevue dealership would provide good service since the both of us live near the Bellevue dealership, but unfortunately, we have to drive out to Issaquah to get good service. I would not trust this dealership. They don't follow through. More
I had to rate the dealer low because of it service department. If they advertise they will include a service they should be held accountable to do it. I scheduled an appointment for warranty/service department. If they advertise they will include a service they should be held accountable to do it. I scheduled an appointment for warranty/service work and in the return email to confirm they indicate they sanitize your vehicle after every service. Plus you can purchase this option. I went through this same issue last warranty/service work. Josh assisted me both times and in my opinion he has horrible customer service skills. He emailed me this time and said he would not proceed with warranty work until he heard from me after the email that they do not do the sanitization work or wash or your vehicles. I call this misrepresentation of services advertised. I spoke with Chad the manager and he said the machine was broken. Which is it, do you do as advertised or a broken machine. I felt Josh was lying to me to get out of doing the work again. Yes, this happened on a prior warranty/service work visit and Chad had to step in. Chad did take my vehicle to another dealer and had the sanitization work done. For others make note and hold them accountable to what they say they will do. I also did not understand why Josh could not proceed with the warranty work and Chad did not as well. Very confused on their procedures. Here is the email chain. Sincerely, Your AutoNation After-Sales Team RICHARD BENJAMIN AutoNation Ford Bellevue Next email. Good morning, Dave. Before I touch your car, I wanted to let you know that I have no way of cleaning or sanitizing your car. Please let me know if you want me to proceed with the service work. I won’t touch it until I get your ok to move forward with it. We haven’t washed cars in 7 years here and we stopped doing the sanitization some time ago. Let me know if you want me to proceed. Thanks Josh Benjamin AutoNation Ford Bellevue More
