I called your store and went through 4 promts trying to get to the general manager. No one answered. Next time I tried it went to sales. Told them who I wanted to talk to, he puts me on hold then sevice picks up. At this point, I do not see myself returning in the future. This experience has been a struggle. This was at 10:15 am.

Your regret is noted. Unfortunately, it is too late. I did escalate to the manager at the time and was not taken care of in a way a long-time customer should have been taken care.
