I recently took my Ford Escape in for a recall at 10:00 AM & settled down with a book for a long wait. I was so shocked but very impressed that they replaced the transmission bushing cable in less than 1 AM & settled down with a book for a long wait. Because of their quick service I was able to get to my exercise class and pinochle card game at the North Bend Senior Center. The Service Dept was very friendly and took pix of my car before the service. AutoNation Ford in Bellevue is where I bought my used Ford Escape and I have always been happy that I did. After a diagnosis at Pep Boys, they determined my check engine light was giving too many codes and suggested I take it here. The Ford Service team did not disappoint! Everyone from the front desk crew, to the service crew, was super friendly and even greeted me before walking in to the building. Additionally, the amenities while waiting are nice. Charging tables, comfy waiting area, and coffee/tea. I don’t have kids but they had some entertainment options for children as well. Getting helped and the overall car service turnaround time was quick! My total ended up being less than the estimate which is always a welcome surprise. This isn't our first purchase from Ford of Bellevue, and won't be our last. This one as unique as we reserved from Ford a vehicle 934 days before picking it up. Tim specifically I felt was amazing and patient with both Ford and is crazy stressed customers (us) :-). Tim, and the sales manager Josh have our trust, sorta feels weird saying that about car dealers, to "trust" them, but they have earned it. They have a customer first attitude that I've appreciated through over 7 vehicle purchases. Their service department is also trustworthy, and I find very solutions oriented, they've gone to bat for us on warrantee items, and stand behind their work (Josh is our service writer, different Josh :-) ) More

I received an email for service of my Ford Mustang Mach-e. I expected to get my my mobile charger exchanged for a new one. I was received with surprise. Why did I come? The car was to new for service🥵 i drove the 25 mile for nothing. The new charger was not yet received 😡 After 4 weeks😡 When I asked to check for an strange high pitched sound when driving between 25 and 35 miles an hour it was dismissed as normal. Coming from the brake regenerator however it.a steady sound not during deceleration. When I asked to look into a squeaky sound when the parking brake or during braking then it was dismissed as a normal sound coming with the car. Another Mach-e had the same issues. Which car was that. When I got my key and left the dealership then a blue Mach-e responded, my car was still being serviced. Was the ‘other’ Mach-e my own? We got back to this dealer for the salesman. The service department? Disappointing ❗️❗️❗️ More
