After 10 safety recall letters (1 per month) from Ford and my 10 calls to autonation I was told that the massive air bag supply shortage from Takata was over and they had the new airbag in stock. Never did get a call back from autonation when they had said on multiple calls from me I would be called when the part got in. I got an immediate appointment and the air bag was swapped out in about 2 hours. Very friendly and knowledgeable service writer who discussed another problem I was having and special ordered the part I needed to replace. Part arrived the next day. Mechanic plugged a battery into the cigarette lighter prior to disconnecting the battery so my radio presets were not lost. More

Steve in the service department is the BEST. I will ALWAYS and ONLY go to him! Outstanding service from Jarys Cortez at Auto Nation. Background of issue; Back in November 2022 I took my SUV into Bickford Ford, Snohomish, for a front camera error. This error meant safety lane rest Background of issue; Back in November 2022 I took my SUV into Bickford Ford, Snohomish, for a front camera error. This error meant safety lane restriction, parking assist and wiper rain sensing was non functional. We had our car in multiple times and after frustrated by Bickford Service dept, they washed their hands on repair. Their technicians stated the front camera was not the problem and that our manufacturer original front windshield was warped. I got a second opinion so took it to AutoNation. I called AutoNation and Jarys immediately called back. He was understanding and helpful and agreed his technicians would help. They fixed it, it turned out the technician at Bickford Ford had not completed Dynamic re-alignment of camera, which AutoNation found! Thankyou, Thankyou Jarys Cortez you are a rock star for assisting with my concerns and guiding us to the repair. Morale of the story, take your Ford to AutoNation, they Rock! More
