AutoNation / Ford of Bellevue, was the one dealership out of about 10 total that had what I was looking for in make, model, color, and options IN STOCK. The salesman (Tim Stakkestad) was very upbeat, wel out of about 10 total that had what I was looking for in make, model, color, and options IN STOCK. The salesman (Tim Stakkestad) was very upbeat, well mannered, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He gave my wife and I plenty of time for a serious test drive and talking over the car without his presence. The final price more than I really liked but was very reasonable. My one main complaint is that the (post-purchase / before I left the lot) "detailing" of my new 2023 Mustang GT Premium was poor. After getting home, I discovered small tree sap speckles all over the vehicle finish and the interior glass was neglected. I did not mention it to the dealership. I did however decide to get it handled with my preferred auto detail service. I had expected a better detailing from ford... more in line with what I received with the purchase I made 10 years ago with another Ford dealership for my 2013 F-150 STX. In addition, I also discovered a small dent in the top of the left rear fender above the wheel well within 15 minutes of getting home from the dealer and parking in a different light exposure. I promptly called the salesman and was invited to speak with the Sales Manager as well. The dealership assured me that they would make it right. After they inspected the dent a couple days later, (and my giving them a quote based on my preferred tech's inspection and analysis) they gave me the option of having them bring in a paintless dent repair tech or me taking it to my preferred tech and they would pay (or reimburse me) for the work provided I supplied an invoice/receipt. All has gone well so far and I expect I'll see a reimbursement check within 10 days per the Sales Manager's word. During and after my purchase, the entire staff has been great to deal with and I will consider returning when I decide to purchase another Ford. I expect to determine more once I start using my Service Plan. More
Paul, my service manager, has gone out of his way to provide great service. Unfortunately, Ford has not been as accommodating in resolving my service problems with a Sync III system.
