I wish initially hesitant to deal with a dealer. Have had many poor experiences in the past. Our experience dealing with ourselves person Tim what's top rate though. The salesman was very pushy and more worried about the insurance transfer to the new vehicle than my satisfaction with the deal and price of the car and trade in. Then they totally missed the odometer pa insurance transfer to the new vehicle than my satisfaction with the deal and price of the car and trade in. Then they totally missed the odometer page of the contract so I couldn't get my refund on the trade in. It took 2 weeks and a lot of hassle to finally produce the form. It seemed S though many of the employees kept using the excuse that they had just started. Very poor service but the one finance manager was finally able to put together a decent deal after I walked out first. More

Great to work with, honest, friendly and courteous. In 2022 I ordered a truck that unfortunately came without some features that wanted. The sales manager made an agreement with me that if I purchased In 2022 I ordered a truck that unfortunately came without some features that wanted. The sales manager made an agreement with me that if I purchased the truck and ordered another one with correct features he would make it right when the new truck came in. When the new truck came in Travis the sales manager honored the agreement down to the penny. Thanks to the Ford of Bellevue team for the great experience. More

Even after not having my vehicle for 3 weeks and the computer and cameras supposedly being replaced I am still having issues with dark and blurry pictures on the sides of my 360 camera views.
