They have been providing service for my vehicles for over 20 years. Starting with my 2000 F350 Powerstroke diesel and my 2004 Expedition, and continuing with my 2018 F250 Powerstroke diesel and 2020 Explore 20 years. I went to this dealership for a routine 100K mile service, but the dealership identified some severe issues with my F-150 that needed to be fixed. They were really helpful and despite a few delays th service, but the dealership identified some severe issues with my F-150 that needed to be fixed. I wasn’t entirely sure I wanted another car yet. They had the right one and I test drove it and wanted it right there. Service itself was fine. But, I was waiting for my car. I came for an oil change (and potentially another fix that would have taken longer). No one came and old me, no updates, not texts, etc. Given the other service would have taken a while, after a few *hours* I went to pester the service guy to see how that was going - only to find out the car was done and just sitting there because they couldn't be bothered to update. When I take my spouse's car to Toyota, I get texts/updates throughout. Ford should really up there came here - the bar is low and it isn't hard to do better (like telling paying customers in your waiting room when their car is done). More
