The service dept has terrible customer service. They don't answer the phone. They don't return phone messages. This is my first Ford. AutoNation Ford was responsive, professional and made the buying process seamless. When my car was delivered from Ford, they explained all the features and answered my questions, as this car is electric and a new technology can be intimidating. I just brought the car in for its first service and a couple minor recalls/software update. John, in the service department, had all the parts ready to go and sent a Lyft to come and pick me up when it was finished. I am a very satisfied customer- from purchase to service, I trust AutoNation Ford in Bellevue. More
This is the second time that I have scheduled an appointment (10-11-2023) to have my vehicle serviced at Bellevue Ford. This time was just for the 40K service. I confirmed that I will be waiting while the service is done. Checked in and went to the customer lounge. Another gentle man said that "this is a diesel and we do not have a mechanic or a lift for your truck" It clearly states on my appointment what my vehicle is. I was told it can be several more hours. Keep in mind that this facility services all our company vehicles. Brad didn't even bother to come tell me, nor apologize. He let someone else do it. Totally unacceptable. More

I left the car at the dealership on Friday, got a call from my service person around 11:30 A.M. and he left me a message. I really was frustrated because I left multiple (3 or more) messages and never he from my service person around 11:30 A.M. and he left me a message. I really was frustrated because I left multiple (3 or more) messages and never heard back. Eventually called back on the Tuesday the next week and finally got to him. Found out that he was holding the truck because a part was ordered (UAW strike is causing delay). I came in on Wednesday and picked up the truck until the part can be received from Ford. I’ve felt like I’ve always recieved good service here, but taking away one star after my most recent repair. Parts had to be ordered with a 10 day lead time, leaving me without a vehicle. This dealer does not have service loaners, leaving me to foot the bill for a rental for two weeks. So far Ford is refusing to help pay for any of it, even though my car was still under warranty. More

Brought in my recently purchased used Explorer for inspection while it was still under 36K Mile warranty. They were able to update electronic systems and fix an annoying underbody noise.
