Didn't wash my car like they said they would do because the weather was above freezing and it wasn't raining or snowing. Was told it would take 2 to 2 1/2 hours and it took over 4 hours. I called after 3 More

I got a call from management yesterday and he explained some things and I was very impressed they took the time to follow up with my situation. Rotating tires is standard with an oil change which I had never heard of before. The service technician was fairly new and he was really busy, so it was explained to him proper procedures in the future.
