I was able to get my car in at a decent time. And I feel they did a good job with the repairs. However, I was a little disappointed with the guy who was "helping" me. I called Matthew Hawley in the fall of 2021. I told Matt about what I wanted to buy. A couple of months went by and Matt called me saying they had an Explorer Timberland in. I told Matt that I told Matt about what I wanted to buy. A couple of months went by and Matt called me saying they had an Explorer Timberland in. I told Matt that I was interested in an Explorer King Ranch or a Platinum. The beginning of April 2022, I got a call from Matt that he had a King Ranch in and went to take a look and ended up buying the car. Matt was easy to work with and no pressure. I have been looking for this type of Explorer for almost a year from other Ford Dealers. More
