I had to wait 3 days for a new tire. I take care of my elderly mother and could not go help her. The first time I called them they said they are 2 weeks out to fix my flat. Found out I needed a new tire (only 3200 miles on my new Explorer) and they ordered it on a Monday and could not get it put on until Wednesday and it had come in on the Tuesday. They said because the serviceman I originally talked to was off on Tuesday. I don't see why I had to wait an extra day. He is not the one who puts the tire on. I waited there while they put in on and it took over an hour for something that only takes 15 minutes tops to do. I also had a personal appointment that day that I missed because they told me it would only take a 1/2 hour to put it on. Everyone was nice while I was there but very poor communication. Two other dealers I called could have had the tire in and put on the next day. More
