Great dealership overall. I worked with Joseph Romano. He was a excellent salesman and talked to you like a friend. Only reason it wasn’t perfect was because the finance individual was very aggressive and a little insulting. I understand he has a job to do but customer service should be priority. Brought our 2022 Ford Explorer in for service on the transmission which was delaying a few seconds after selecting a gear (forward/reverse). Dealer arranged a loaner car for us and had our vehicle about transmission which was delaying a few seconds after selecting a gear (forward/reverse). Dealer arranged a loaner car for us and had our vehicle about 1.5 days. Got car back and transmission is operating perfectly, as it should! Under warranty - no cost. More
