Excellent service, everyone seems to be nice and friendly. Service was done in the amount of time and they even had to do a couple extra things to it still got done with in an hour. During my visit I was surprised that the staff had start taking pictures of my car without asking me or explaining why he was doing it until I asked him. Then I felt like nicked and dime about service perf taking pictures of my car without asking me or explaining why he was doing it until I asked him. Then I felt like nicked and dime about service performed on car. I asked one of the young ladies inside while I was waiting about Ford Pass point, she said she didn't know about them. I had to ask someone else. Just wanted questions about service answered before being charged. More
