My wife and I purchased a car on a whim and what we liked was at AutoNation Amherst. I have never dealt with them but I was glad I did. They are very professional and personable. We came in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation only to find out, our mistake ,the appointment was scheduled the following week. Shawn was more than accommodating to have our service done that day. only to find out, our mistake ,the appointment was scheduled the following week. Shawn was more than accommodating to have our service done that day. We also ended up having to have our brakes, a recall and a couple other things taken care of and still were able to have it done that day. We have had all our needed service done with the Amherst Auto Nation for many years, and always ask for Shawn to be our service manager. Needless to say we have always been very pleased! More
