I always ask for Shawn V. when bringing my car in for service. He has always treated me with respect and honesty. I thought due to the age of my ESCAPE I night of been ready when bringing my car in for service. He has always treated me with respect and honesty. Unfortunately, it was time for me to replace my rear brakes, the parts were in stock and although my wait time became longer i was able to get this taken care of during this visit! I moved to the Cleveland area from out of state just over a year ago. In September of 2022 I approached AutoNation Ford Amherst about placing an order for the 2023 Ford Maverick. I informed them I was a Z Pl a year ago. In September of 2022 I approached AutoNation Ford Amherst about placing an order for the 2023 Ford Maverick. I informed them I was a Z Plan member and worked with them to successfully submit an order while the order banks were open. My Maverick wasn't built until May of 2023 and Delivered in June of 2023; throughout the process, Peter Spadaro and Izaiah Thomas were more than accommodating with every question and update I brought to them. They had zero issue with me test driving different vehicles for comparative analysis in the event that I changed my mind and wanted a different vehicle, either. Working with them was an easy process and I won't hesitate to give them my business again when the time comes. More

When I went to pick up the vehicle, communication was very limited as to what was fixed on the vehicle. The person in charge at the time had no idea what was done to the vehicle, and I never received a call back regarding my questions. More
