I had planned on buying a Fiat from this dealer. But the car arrived while I was out of town, and the dealer knew I would be as I had told them prior. They called and told me I could come get the car that car arrived while I was out of town, and the dealer knew I would be as I had told them prior. They called and told me I could come get the car that day, I said it would be Monday. They said they couldn't hold the car. Long story short I sent an employee with a company check for the entire amout of the car to the dealer. After hours of being yanked around and numerous phone conversations the dealer sold the car to another couple that was there while we were trying to get the deal done. Also they told me and my employee over 20+ times NO ONE could test drive the car, then while he was there they let someone else test drive it. When asked what they were doing we just got shrugged shoulders. Total BS. Told the Manager the following week what happened and he couldn't believe it, and would be making it right. Still haven't got that phone call back, or been made right. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS. More
I would absolutely without a doubt not recommend this dealership, or ever work with them again. I purchased a new Fiat from them last month. The sales process while purchasing the car was bad and not buy dealership, or ever work with them again. I purchased a new Fiat from them last month. The sales process while purchasing the car was bad and not buyer friendly , i was being called 3 different times to resign a contract it looked like the finance manager had no clue what he was doing Sales manager Craig was very rude and pushy, dealing with them was nothing but a headache. I have a great credit and i have purchased many cars before but never that i had to deal with such a rude and unprofessional bunch of people More
So, I had been shopping for the new Fiat 500 Pop (Yellow/Giallo or Blue/Azzurro) automatic for my mother for about 1 month. From the very beginning I had been speaking with Craig Bogart (Sales Manag (Yellow/Giallo or Blue/Azzurro) automatic for my mother for about 1 month. From the very beginning I had been speaking with Craig Bogart (Sales Manager) At Team Fiat Mall of Georgia in Buford, GA regarding the car. He did not have that specific one but he mentioned that he should be able to get one in few weeks. So a few weeks later, I get a call that he does not have the one we want but rather has one with the same specification (Fiat 500 Pop with automatic) but with added sunroof that he can offer for the same price if we can deal today. So we started to discuss figures. Finally after going back and forth he gave me a drive out price of $18,339.31 with Fiat special of 0% for 60 months. On Tuesday evening (07-03-2012) about 7pm we agreed and finalized on $18,000 (out the door). He said that if I give him my word, I can come and pick up the car right away. I told him that I was headed out the door. Since the weather was bad and it was nearing 7:15pm and that the dealership closes at 8pm, he stated that I did not need to rush since he has already committed to that price and that we can meet the next day to do the paper work. The next morning (July 4th) he gave us a call and said that everything was all ready to go. We said that we were already on our way and should be there soon (we live about 45min away). He was satisfied and told us that he will see us when we get there. Roughly 10 minutes later he called and said that his GM (Lynn Freeman) told him that he cannot do that at $18,000. Please remember that Craig Bogart is the Sales Manager and he had already committed to that price!! After we arrived at the dealership he started acting strangely and said that he could not honor the $18,000 price. We then mentioned that we will take it for his original offer of $18,339.31 to which he now said he needs to speak with his General Manager ( Lynn Freeman) and went around the corner. He came back and did something on his computer and now stated that he cannot do that either but can sell the same car to us for nearly $20,000 (I can't remember the exact price)!!! He mentioned that the price he committed to us was for a car that he did not even have and that it was a miscommunication and started to give some sob story that he is losing money on this and he cannot jeopardize his job because he needs to feed his family and everything along that line. We were totally stunned at the behavior of this Sales Manager (Craig Bogart) and the lack of professionalism and integrity. They will not stand by their word/offer once committed. As soon as you arrive they will change the deal. So we decided to speak with the General Manager but come to find out that he was not even at the dealership!! He was actually off that day so the sales manager lied again. We left a voicemail for the General Manager to call back but have not heard anything!! To make a happy ending to all this for my mother, we went across town to Landmark Fiat of Atlanta and purchased the car without the sunroof for much cheaper!!!! I will definitely pass the word to everyone not to deal with Team Fiat Mall of Georgia!!! Vinnie More
I acutally went to look at VW New Beetles and ended up at the Fiat dealership after driving a Scion IQ, and being treated poorly at the VW dealership down the road. I thought I might want a Fiat 500 but foun the Fiat dealership after driving a Scion IQ, and being treated poorly at the VW dealership down the road. I thought I might want a Fiat 500 but found a used Mini Cooper that I liked very much. The dealership gave me what I wanted on my trade-in, and worked to get me the best financing based on a good credit score. I told them what I wanted and they helped me make it happen. I was probably as annoying as they get, but I was treated with respect. I had a great experience at this dealership and would recommend it to my friends. More
I purchased an 08 Infiniti G37 a few days ago and I'm very pleased with my car buying experience. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgable. I intended on using my own financing, until they were able to very pleased with my car buying experience. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgable. I intended on using my own financing, until they were able to beat my Credit Union financing, which was an excellent rate. The amount given on my trade was very fair as well. Upon detailing my new purchase 3 days after the purchase I noticed some salt on the bottom of the engine, previously an Ohio car, and they are allowing me to bring the vehicle back in next week to remove it for me and detail the engine. I will definitely use this dealership again for my next vehicle and have already referred them. Thanks gentlemen! More
I visited over this past weekend and looked at a 2009 BMW Z4 that I noticed on AutoTrader.com. After a nice long test drive, they showed me the CarFax and all service that they performed without me even hav Z4 that I noticed on AutoTrader.com. After a nice long test drive, they showed me the CarFax and all service that they performed without me even having to ask! After a few minutes talking about the price, I felt that I had achieved a fair deal. After the paperwork was completed they surprised me with a full tank of gas! (nice touch for buying a used car). I took the BMW to the BMW dealership on Monday for a 3rd party inspection, and the mechanic said it was in great shape, and should last me a very long time. While I was at the BMW dealership, I noticed the exact same Z4 on their lot, (same year, miles, and equipment, just a different color) but for $6000 MORE!! Great job Nedim and Sule and thanks again! We went in to purchase a used car. We found a car and was able to negotiate a decent price out the door. For the miles and condition it was a few hundred dollars more than we wanted, but I still felt it was able to negotiate a decent price out the door. For the miles and condition it was a few hundred dollars more than we wanted, but I still felt it was an adequate deal. We did all the financing and everything was good until we had a mechanic inspect the car. Turns out the 125 point inspection missed some things including a pulley system that was scraped up and causing a belt to wear excessively. I don't expect a perfect used car, but I also don't expect an engine defect from a reputable dealer. They refused to fix the car but luckily autonation has a three day recission policy. Not to mention, my wife and I never removed the car from the lot except to have it inspected by a mechanic. So, we decided to return the car and while I am talking to the GM, he goes on about a broken speaker covering that our mechanic noticed and how the cost is too high for its repair, which is a nonissue for us, and then says that my financing is a problem. Funny thing was that I had already signed all my paperwork AND I had informed them I was paying the car off with an insurance settlement from a collision. It took at least 10 minutes to get the GM to realize we were not taking this car. Finally, the GM relented and while I waited for my paperwork to be returned he showed me the damage with a story about how this was probably done by the cleaning chemicals used to wash the engine, which was done after inspection. Yeah, right. The inspection also missed a chip in the windshield. So, although my salesperson was personable I must say overall, I left feeling this dealership was either dishonest or incompetent. Oh, and the GM agreed at the end that an engine repair will have to be done before sale---I hate to say, I doubt this will be done. My assessment is that sales is friendly, but management is a little problematic and rude (my wife felt the GM was rude). I would not shop here even with the three day recission period, which I liked but never intended to use, because there is just too many headaches. More
