I purchased a Fiat from Fiat Mall of Georgia. I talked to my salesman on the phone. He was very nice and gave me the attention I wanted in order to work a deal. However, the problem arose when the sales manager got involved. I initially told them I wanted the best deal possible on a Fiat 500 pop. I was open to having a demo with less than 100 miles if it was cheaper than the new car. However, I also asked them to give me prices on both. After some negotiation, I was given a price of 13,500 for a Pop demo with 80 miles on it 13,799 for a new Pop. At that point I then asked if I qualified for the veteran rebate since I do not like to play all my cards up front to ensure I get the best deal. They asked me a few questions and the sales manager Billy stated I was not eligible for the veteran rebate (of 500 dollars). It is important to note because if I was eligible for the rebate, that would have made the new car cheaper by 200 dollars. I chose the demo, at that point because it was the cheaper vehicle. I did not take delivery on the vehicle that day because I had no time to wait around for the vehicle. So I left a deposit and filled out the paperwork. So they agreed to allow me to take delivery of the vehicle the following Saturday. Well, for some reason, I decided to call Fiat to inquire about the military rebate to be sure. Well after spending about 5 minutes on the phone with Fiat's national customer service line, they informed me I was in fact eligible for the rebate. So I called my salesman and let him know his sales manager (Billy) was wrong about the rebate and I would like to switch over to the new car we had also negotiated and just add the rebate. The salesman said that was fine and we would take care of it on Saturday when I arrived for delivery of the vehicle. Well, Saturday came and I found my salesman shortly after arriving at the dealership. He sat me down at his desk and let me know he was going to his sales manager to get the numbers on the new vehicle. Well, the salesman brought back the numbers from the sales manager and the deal for the new car was now 13,999 for the new car WITH THE REBATE added in. That is when everything got ugly. I told the salesman this is very much different than the deal presented last Sunday. And if they did not mess up and properly informed me that I was IN FACT eligible for the veteran rebate, I would have had a new car for 13, 299. So the sales man went and got the sales manager BILLY. He was immediately combative and tried to act like he was doing me a favor by allowing me to switch the deal for the demo vehicle since they already had a signed agreement on the that vehicle. I informed him that I was not stupid and in Georgia, deals are not final until I take delivery of the vehicle. And I informed the salesman I was personally insulted that his manager would pull something like that in an attempt to prey on people ignorant of the law. I asked Billy what the xxxx happened to the deal from Sunday. His response was, "Well, that was the deal I offered you on Sunday because I wanted to sell a car." So I said, "You are going to penalize me because you made a mistake on my eligibility for the veteran rebate?" He had no adequate response. Different day, different deal. Well, I left it up to my wife. She wanted me to just buy the demo and get it over with. I will say, that was the absolute worst car buying experience I have ever had and I will never go there again nor will I send anyone to that dealership unless some sort of concession is made. Fat chance on that though since I am still waiting on a bottle of touchup paint and the key protector covers they promised me. Stay away!!! I hear the dealership in the Buckhead area is far superior!!! More

My primary requirements were for an economical pre-owned vehicle that I would be happy to pull up to a client's place of business in. Chris Hall listened to my needs and overcame a couple challenges to get the deal done quickly and professionally. In my opinion, he delivered the perfect vehicle at the right price - a 2010 Honda LX-S that looked brand-new inside and out. The car and financing terms both exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Chris Hall to anyone looking for a vehicle! More
A friend saw a below-book-value 2011 Honda Pilot listed on eBay motors. I called up and talked to Chris and set a same-day appointment: Sunday afternoon at 4PM. My wife was working, so I had our two year on eBay motors. I called up and talked to Chris and set a same-day appointment: Sunday afternoon at 4PM. My wife was working, so I had our two year-old and we drove our old SUV up there for trade-in. We were an hour late... 5PM, and they were scheduled to close at 6PM. The Pilot was exactly as advertised, like-new condition, except for seemingly more mileage on the tires than might be expected for 16k miles. We transferred the car seat and went for a test drive. Sold! Chris was friendly and accommodating as my daughter messed with things and nearly wrecked the paperwork a few times. Chris was able to match the rate we had checked elsewhere, and he did the paperwork and waited patiently as I had to text all the information to my wife, get proof of insurance faxed from USAA, etc. It took about 3 hours to finish everything because I had my girl to manage and because I had to relay information to my wife. 8PM... By this time, my daughter was climbing all over me and whining and making stray marks on the paperwork; it was nearly her bedtime and we were at least an hour from home. It was still raining (had been all day) and Chris went out and pulled my old car around back to help me transfer my stuff into the new car. My little girl and I were finally headed home in a (nearly) new car. 8:30PM ... I realized I had left my garage door opener in the trade-in car. I called Chris on his cell... he picked up and assured me he'd mail it to me. The next morning he mailed my garage door opener and also the parking permit I left hanging from the rearview mirror. Chris really smoothed everything out and made the otherwise crazy evening a success: we got the right car at the right price and no snags. More
One of the absolute worst experiences! My mom and I went out to purchase 2 Fiats... I had extensively spoke with the dealership on line. I told them where I was at, what price range I wanted to be in and wh out to purchase 2 Fiats... I had extensively spoke with the dealership on line. I told them where I was at, what price range I wanted to be in and which car I wanted. I asked them if they could do it. "Yes! I've ran the numbers and we can make it work!" LONG story short they couldn't. 6+ hours up there and they INSISTED on separating my mother and I "to save on time". Had my mom in financing selling her all sorts of crap I already told them she didn't want. Then of course after they finished with her, somehow they couldn't get to me because the banks were closed. They would work on it first thing in the morning and we'd finish up the following day. NO returned emails, NO returned phone calls. So I went to Landmark Fiat of Atlanta and was in and out in 1 hour! Now we're fighting with Fiat Mall of Georgia because they screwed up my mom's paperwork. They couldn't even get the MODEL right on the papers! Mileage was different on all sheets, they left off the $1000 they were giving her for taking a car with 1,789 miles. They won't respond to her either. But luckily in their sloppy paperwork writing they FORGOT to have her SIGN the Retail Installment CONTRACT. So we're fighting to take this car back and she'll be purchasing one somewhere else!!! So unorganized, HORRIBLE customer service, Massive lack of knowledge. And big time sneaky crooks!!! Bad, BAD dealership!!!!! More
We were able to buy our car in less than 1 hour, no haggles and get the price we asked for our trade. We had a time limit and they got us out of the dealership haggles and get the price we asked for our trade. We had a time limit and they got us out of the dealership More
This was our first big purchase together and it could not have been a more pleasant experience. Went to Team FIAT to see the the 500 up close. Was looking for a commuter car and was interested to see what FIAT had to offer. Met by Michael Battle who was very friendly and let me test drive the c looking for a commuter car and was interested to see what FIAT had to offer. Met by Michael Battle who was very friendly and let me test drive the car. I was impressed with the FIAT so I went inside and I gave him some info on my trade. He came back with some numbers on my trade that were pretty much ridiculous. Mike Hall (sales manager) was very nice but evidently didn't think I was serious and said that if I was really serious, maybe he could get me more for my trade. The next day I received a call from Michael Battle stating that they were able to get me more for my trade and to come to the dealership and we would work something out. I went up the following evening and Mike Hall had handed the information over to Craig Bogart (another sales manager I assume) as he had to leave for the day. Basically, Craig didn't offer me any more on my trade than Mike offered initially and he told me that I was going to have to "take a bath" on my trade. He proceeded to tell me that my model car was one that rental car companies used and the market was flooded with them making them have very poor trade in and resale value. I had done my research and knew that this was a bunch of xx. Furthermore, he said that there was no markup in FIATs and that he could not discount his vehicle at all. Needless to say, I left the dealership extremely disgusted. The next day I did some research and found that Landmark FIAT in Doraville had almost the exact same FIAT that I was interested in except it had more options and a higher sticker price. I emailed the internet sales manager, told him the car I was interested in and gave him the info on my trade. Immediately, he emailed me back with a figure that was $2,500 more than what I was offered at Team. I drove up the next day and ended up purchasing a FIAT with more options for over $1,300 less than Team. After getting $2,500 more for my trade, this was a difference of $3,800. This is huge in my book...especially when you are talking about a transaction under $20,000. I was absolutely astounded that I had been taken for such a fool at Team. Landmark's staff was super. I am a person that will give credit where credit is due but when I have been taken for a complete idiot, I will let everyone know. The only thing that is unfortunate is that Michael Battle was a very nice sales person but this means nothing when management doesn't have it together. So for the best deal and stellar customer service, I recommend Landmark FIAT if you are in the market for a new FIAT 500. More
I went into this dealership with my expectations low. I was about to purchase my second vehicle. I had a terrible experience buying my first car (from a different dealership) and assumed this experience wo was about to purchase my second vehicle. I had a terrible experience buying my first car (from a different dealership) and assumed this experience wouldn't be much different. I was looking for a Scion TC and they had two of them at their dealership. I went, and fell in love with the first one that I test drove. They were incredibly negotiable on the price, and made my second car buying experience a very good one! They also gave me a very good trade in value for my first car. Craig made me feel comfortable, and actually cares about people, not just selling cars. I am certain that he would be there to answer any questions I may have in the future. I will definitely be sending my friend's to FIAT Mall of Georgia, and I will recommend they see Craig! More
Back in December 2011 , I began the process of trying to trade my Hyundai for a new Fiat Lounge. I went to Landmark first only to be disapointed and they were no help at all.
