Dealership has been lacking ever since the original Colorado Springs Dodge Dealership transitioned to Auto Nation. Auto Nation is trying to catch up but getting appointments and needing an appointment for an oil change when drive ups was the standard in the past is frustrating. Many great people left Dodge when Auto Nation took over. Auto Nation is still behind the 8 Ball for service and it seems many steps are forgotten to be accomplished even when you’re told your car is ready for pickup??? Getting recalls completed is a nightmare. Of the 3 recalls I’ve received on my 2500 RAM diesel only one has been completed after waiting more than a year??? Really! I’m thinking my next truck will be a Chevrolet unless things get better, but worse seems to be the direction currently. Heck Colorado Dodge Auto Nation couldn’t even remain status quo in service from the Colorado Springs Dodge Days. More

Speeding up the process of closing a sale would be nice. Consistency on wording from sales staff should be essential. For example, on the first time visiting the dealership, the salesman was very nice and patient while I looked at the various configurations of the Ram 1500 in order to determine if or which model would fill needs and wants. The salesman indicated that all 1500 models in stock would have a $12000 dollar discount off the posted price, ostensibly due to the dealer need to.clear out stock. I let the salesman know I would not make a decision until near the end of the month. To be clear, as a consumer, I never make such a purchase on impulse; I always check out competitors and research each one. By the time the last week of the month came around, I had made the decision to switch from Ford to Ram even though Ford runs a superb service department. What dismayed me about Ram, though was the change in wording from $12000 on any given model 1500 in stock to “up to $12000 discount on select models.” I nearly walked and you would have lost a sale. Integrity is very important, therefore in order to get repeat business, a merchant must have it. What kept me was the final contract came out near to what I had predetermined to be a price I would be willing to pay. Looking forward to see a quality service department. More
I came there to buy a new car and I was turned away by the sales people they would not help at all this is not right they would not even talk to me on anything I will never come back there and I will tel the sales people they would not help at all this is not right they would not even talk to me on anything I will never come back there and I will tell my friends not to come there auto Nation is worst then Colorado spring Dodge this is no way to treat people. I was there to trade in my 2018 Dodge Journey it has 20,000 miles on it but they would not even ask if I had money to put down on new car they just kicked me out of the dealer ship. Oh I brought a Jeep from another Dealer ship Auto Nation stinks. More
