I bought a new truck from this dealer. Salesman quoted me a number and I found a better price by 2500.00 at an out of state dealer. Saleman told me if I could wait 3 weeks he could do as good. He was actuall a number and I found a better price by 2500.00 at an out of state dealer. Saleman told me if I could wait 3 weeks he could do as good. He was actually rude about my shopping the number but I agreed to wait. I received the truck with 900 miles on it and it wasnt equipped the way it was quoted. He was not able to do the upfits I requested and only knocked off 500.00 for about 1200.00 worth of upfits. I found one of the upfits overnight and installed my self. I had to call several times to get him to do the DOT inspection he was supposed to do. He ended up doing the inspection from his office without looking at the truck and UPS'd me the form and equipment which I am sure the DOT wouldn't except as an inspection. My temp plates expired and I have yet to get a return call regarding the status of my paperwork. I am extremely dissatisfied and would suggest anyone who needs a new truck go elsewhere and research th dealer. I am guilty of being to trusting and too busy to deal with this outfit. More

My husband and I are having a hardship like alot of folks these days and we couldn't have been more pleased when we went looking on line for a truck. Was not updated when vehicle could be picked up. When I had not heard anything for 3 days I went to the dealership to inquire as to when the vehicle would be ready. Upon arriving at the dealership was tol had not heard anything for 3 days I went to the dealership to inquire as to when the vehicle would be ready. Upon arriving at the dealership was told my sales person was off due to family illness. I was passed on to Robin who was not aware of when the leather would be installed in my vehicle. I had walked paased my vehicle when I entered the dealership and was concerned that is was not secured safetly in the back of the dealership. Robin informed me that they wanted the vehicle up front where it would be seen by other customers.... I told her I wanted the vehicle secured where it would not be scratched. I was then told by Robin that a manager was checking on vehicle status and that I would be called that day and advised when the vehicle could be picked up. I was not called that day about vehicle. When the vehicle did arrive and I picked it up I was never given a new vehicle orientation. I was given the keys and no information about it. I was also promised a tank full of gas by my sales person(Marc). The vehicle was not full of gas. The evening I picked the truck up I noticed the right rear bumber had a dent in it. The vehicle was repaired at no cost to me. To date I have not recieved a new vehicle orientation or the tank of gas I was promised. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had while purchasing a new or used vehicle. If whoever reads this wants additional details of my experience PLEASE CALL ME. More

I came in looking to trade in my 99 Dodge Durango for a newer Ram. I was on a budget and they knew this and still took outstanding care of me. I found the vehicle I wanted online and worked with Robin to arrange a time for me to swing by, Mark handled all the paperwork while Mike took me out in a few cars to get a feel for what I wanted.
