Caesar was polite and nice and even though obviously new went and found out the answer to all my questions. But I had a 7:30 appointment and ended up having it take all day to do what should have been a 4 h went and found out the answer to all my questions. Avoid the service department. They tried to charge me over $500 for an oil change and a new cabin filter. Work was completed very quickly. Took longer for them to tell me the truck was completed than it did to do the work. Also, if I had known it was over a hundred dollars to change the Took longer for them to tell me the truck was completed than it did to do the work.
