He has continued to assist me and answer questions AFTER the sell. Joe was also was a great help. He spent a good amount of time with me going over all the interior/electronic features of the Challenger I bought. Garth really worked with me on a payment plan and laid out quite a few options. He also answered some follow-up questions I had the next day. The whole experience was very enjoyable and I feel quite comfortable with this dealership. More

I spend 41,000 on a brand new truck and they only give you 20 dollars in gas,, really,,, not happy at all,, if i knew that I honestly would of taken the truck back over it,,,I talk to my salesman and he just kept telling me to talk to luis,,, Like its really that hard to fill a gas tank,,,That right there i will tell people make sure to fight more for it..2nd after buying the vehicle they didnt do a walk around to make sure they was no straches or dents in the truck. even though it was late at night. They showed me cars based on my preferences, and then worked as hard as possible to meet the budget I had set for myself. In the end I have a beautiful car and it's at the exact price we signed the original contract for with new tires included. We have been dealing with Colorado Springs Dodge for the past 3 years, and they have always bent over backwards to make us happy with our purchases. Service, great... When we purchased our 2008 Charger, aft past 3 years, and they have always bent over backwards to make us happy with our purchases. Service, great... When we purchased our 2008 Charger, after a few weeks we noticed a scratch on one of the magnesium wheels. Took it to service, no questions asked, got a new rim in a few days. Had trouble with the CD player skipping only at high altitudes, no problem, new radio in a few days. Our recent purchase is a 2009 Journey, the sales person was Jason Martin, couldn't be friendlier or more polite, helpful and really tried to get us more than $10.00 in our gas tank, because I argued the PT that I traded in had a 3/4 tank of gas....couldn't get it though, darn. We think we negotiated a fair price for the car, we both liked it and the leg room and V6 were important, and although the Journey has some poor ratings, we feel confident that this dealer will make it right for us. More
