Kevin spent a lot of time with me test driving different vehicles to make sure I got the one that was best for me. Kevin also let me drive two different vehicles for the most of the day to let me get a fee vehicles to make sure I got the one that was best for me. My experience was mixed due to the fact of working with different people. The times I worked with Adolfo and James were great, but talking with Luis and his lies is where my ratings went way down. Luis first started out as nice but as we started getting into the deal he promised us things and then lied to us. My wife was with me through the whole process and she can also vouch for what he said, but he had said if we can get you down to $570/mo at $4000 down, would you buy today, and then later after putting numbers on paper he came back and showed us some papers saying $650/mo and such, and both my wife and I said to Luis that he said $570/mo and he denied it and turned to our salesman, Adolfo, asking him if he said that, and of course a salesperson isn't going to dog out his boss so he agreed with Luis. We almost walked out at that point but thought more about how trading both our vehicles for our new Journey would be the most economical thing for us to do so we continued with the sale. So customer service is rated very bad because of Luis, who's only goal was to push people to buy that day, very pressuring. Other than him, our experience was ok. More
Our sales person greeted us when we came onto the lot, so we did not have any particular person that we planned or hoped to work with. We were very satisfied with Bob Hanson. He was more than helpful and did not push us to purchase our vehicle, and he, in fact FOUND the car we wanted and eventually purchased. At the beginning, we were very pleased with the financial person that helped us, his help and the whole situation. Garth was very efficient when dealing with all the paperwork. However, because the car was not on the lot and had to be brought to the lot, we could not take possession of the car immediately. We had to return the next morning. During that time, were able to find a better financing situation for us. Before we took possession of our car...only about 15 hours after purchasing the auto...and knowing that the paperwork was not even in the system yet, we asked Garth to help us make a change. He told us that he "would see what he could do". I received no call. I tried to contact him the next day only to find that he was not working that day. I was given the opportunity to speak with another finance person and did leave a voice message for him. As of today (6/15), eight days later, I have received NO calls or contact from this dealership. At this point, we have embarked on taking care of alternate financing on our own. Consequently, our rating of this dealership is as indicated. We were pleased with the sales person, and the people (we had contact with) at the dealership, but very frustrated with the LACK of help after the fact. It's as if the deal is done, so they are "finished with us". Very disappointing... More
I had been looking for a good quality vehicle withing my price range and after many visits to other dealerships in town I found exactly what I was looking for with the help of Joe Massaro! When we pulled into the dealership Joe greeted us and was very friendly and personable, unlike other salemen I had delt with earlier that day. Joe listened to me when I explained what type of car I was looking for and what my budget would be. I found a great car that I am happy with and stayed withing my budget even with buying an extended warranty! I will send all my friends in need of a car to Joe and the dealership.. Highly recommend!! I had visited The dealership a total of 4 times in a weeks time. Each time I had been greeted by B. C. Roberts. He was incredibly helpful each time we showed up. I have had many experiences with car weeks time. Each time I had been greeted by B. C. Roberts. He was incredibly helpful each time we showed up. I have had many experiences with car salesmen and most of them not always good. B. C. Roberts was never high pressure, and did everything he could to get the deal for us. We (my Wife and I, and my Mother-in-law) showed up Saturday after noon to finally get somewhere on the vehicle my Wife and I wanted. B.C. Stayed about 2 1/2 hours after he was supposed to go home but he never complained and always had a smile on his face even after dealing with my Mother-in-law. She is a tough negotiator and B. C. did everything he could to make her happy and more. Needless to say I got to drive my New/Used 15 passenger van. Home I could not thank B. C. enough. Great dealership and great people working there. More
