Great service and very fast. No haggle deal on a new Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie package. Robert was very knowledgeable and took the extra time to really take care of us. Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie package. Robert was very knowledgeable and took the extra time to really take care of us. More
I drove all the way down from Pueblo with a Capital One offer for a loan to buy a car, when I arrived Ben greated me as we pulled in i stated to him that my father was handicap and that i was going to driv offer for a loan to buy a car, when I arrived Ben greated me as we pulled in i stated to him that my father was handicap and that i was going to drive around the lot first so my dad could look at some choices and that I would be back around to the front when i we were finished. Ben was kind enough to wait for us to pull up front. I was impressed that Ben took the time to walk with me and answer questions I had, as I told him my credit wasnt the greatest and proably pretty bad he offered to sit down anyway and run some numbers and find me a Price bracket that i could look for a car in. We tried 2 cars that with my bad credit he couldnt get me into then he found a Pontiac G6 that worked for the bank and for my famlily this took a very long time due to the issue I had with my credit and the whole time Ben helped my care for my handicap father and my mother that we were with me. I am proud to say I am a owner of the Pontiac G6 and I love the car as does my family. I will shop Colorado Springs Dodge for my next car and will recommend to all my friends to buy there also and to ask for Ben =he is a great car Salesman. More

Joel was very helpful and honest throughout the process of trying different cars and finding the right car for me at the right place. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! Scott didn't try and put me in something that I didn't want. He offered me other choices besides the one that I wanted and did what he could to help me get in the vehicle that I lo something that I didn't want. Simply Awesome! Best experience I ever had working with a car dealership! Chris M. was very nice and helped us get into a used car that we could afford. If it was not a vehicle we liked he said "ok, give me just a minute & I will find another for you." He kept on pulling vehicles that we could afford. If it was not a vehicle we liked he said "ok, give me just a minute & I will find another for you." He kept on pulling vehicles until we found the one we liked. It was a 2009 Dodge Charger. As for the finance dept., they were nice working with. More
This review isn't so much about my vehicle as it is the unnecessary lies told to me by the sales person. I actually like the vehicle I purchased and I believe I got a relatively fair deal. It wasn't a "scr unnecessary lies told to me by the sales person. I actually like the vehicle I purchased and I believe I got a relatively fair deal. It wasn't a "screamin'-deal" but it was fair. But what I don't understand is why the sales person, Todd Bishop (who is supposedly the Internet Sales Manager) felt the need to lie to me about where this vehicle came from (it is a 3 y/o Ford F-250). The truck only had 39,000 miles on it, was in good shape and was what I was looking for. So, why did he have to tell me this long story about how it belonged to a friend of his who lived in Ordway and was getting a divorce and that is why they had to trade it in? When in fact the truck was owned by a guy in New Mexico. Which I know because the "title" idiot at this dealership couldn't get the paperwork work done correctly and ended up sending me all of the title documentation and essentially saying, "do it yourself." Wow, isn't that great service? Here is a truck that I am going to lie to you about AND here is your title work that we can't figure out so go do it yourself. Now there's some good customer service for you! LOL! I won't even get into the whole story about the guy who was supposed to "detail" the truck before I drove it home. Let's just say I am still cleaning the popcorn and french fries out from between the seats. You detailing services are almost as good as your title services. My biggest problem with this whole transaction is if Todd Bishop felt compelled to lie to me about the origin of this vehicle then what else did he lie to me about? I am not stupid and I know you cannot trust a used car sales person but why the unnecessary lies? Is it just something they are born and bred to do? Or is it a learned behavior? And why make a big deal about 'detailing' the vehicle when I didn't ask for that service and then simply drive it to the back and pretend to do something? What was the purpose of this? I would say if you are going to buy from Colorado Springs Dodge or deal with Todd Bishop just be very wary and don't believe a thing he says. More
