I went in for "free" oil change. That went fine but I needed to replace air and cabin filters so I gave to go ahead. I was charged $200 + for these filters. I checked later at several auto parts stores only to find that the same set of filters would have cost me around $50. I also had a tire rotation and balance done. All that happened was they rotated my tires. When I got home, my front pressures was 15 pounds to high and my back pressure was 15 pounds too low. Why? Because on a 2500 Ram the rear tires must be inflated to 80 and the front to 65. They never checked the pressures! So I did this myself. I also cleaned up a large spill of oil they never cleaned from the drain area and dripped in my garage overnight. I was very disappointed and will take my truck to another service company from now on. More
No one will return your call, from the service adviser to the service manager. When i signed up for their online gimmick , it ask if I'm a robot. what I didn't know is that I would be forced to deal with to the service manager. Can not get a single person to respond to messages left or a call back. A week later and still no call from Mia Larranga or the service manager, Sent truck in for check engine light, $8400 later after approving all repairs, the check engine light is back on before it made it home. They finally came around to meet me for the purchase. Truck came with a scratch on the tailgate. They failed to get it buffed out. More
