We had a great experience at Colorado Springs Dodge. We visited for the first time on Monday, test drove a vehicle and talked about some options. We went to GMC a day or so later to check out those trucks, and though we liked how the GMC drove we felt overall more satisfied with Dodge. We ended up back at Dodge last night and purchased a 2011 truck. Our sales person, Garth Nordstrom, was absolutely fantastic! He immediately put us as ease and really supported us finding the right truck for our needs. We ended up getting more truck that we thought thanks to him. He was low pressure, honest, and an all around great person to work with. The new car manager, Albert, wasn't as great to deal with but we didn't let that ruin the fabulous buying experience we had at Dodge! More
Garth was great. He was straight forward and very honest. If he did not know an answer to our questions he would seek out the answer. He did not try to give us some round about answer, like other places my husband and I have dealt with. Garth was also out to find us what we needed for our son he was not trying to up-sell us which has always been a huge frustration of mine. Mark Ceballos (floor manager) was able to work wonders and help us get the upper end car that we wanted for a very manageable price. He was also very forthright and friendly. Last, the gentleman in the finance office made the process as streamlined as possible. We were in and out of there in no time. Tylor is very happy with his "new" car and the piece of mind he has with his 3 year warranty. It is a tradition in our family to name our cars; Tylor chose to name his new "G"6 "Garth" after our salesman. :-) More
The salesman was very pushy the imformation we got was bogus. We found out the vehicle was over priced. Price quote was not blue book over priced by about 7,000 dollars. I'll know the next time who to avo bogus. We found out the vehicle was over priced. Price quote was not blue book over priced by about 7,000 dollars. I'll know the next time who to avoid and what the tricks are, will I buy my next vehicle from there? Not even if all the dealerships in Colorado Springs Exploded into dust. Times are hard right now and if you can't be honest with the people you service then who,"YOU ARE ONLY AS GOOD AS YOUR WORD". "This deal is only here for today"! I had great customer service from Jason Martin as I was purchasing a used vehicle. Upon driving home from the dealership with the car, I notice what looked like a "defrost line" underneath the windshield purchasing a used vehicle. Upon driving home from the dealership with the car, I notice what looked like a "defrost line" underneath the windshield wipers. I got out of the car at home and saw that it was a crack along 7/8ths of front windshield. I called Jason. He called me back the next day he was in the office and was very polite, but had to check with his manager. His manager Albert, said they can't replace it but that they would give $100 toward a $300 windshield. I asked to talk to his manager and talked with Jim J. (general manager). He was rude. Told me that I was "taking up his time". That I was "constantly interrupting". When I told him that the offer was unacceptable and that Jason had sold me on their going with their dealership for this used car because they were a 5-star dealer and their service before, during and after sale were impeccable. When I suggested that CS Dodge needed to do the "right thing". He said the right thing is to "make me abide by my AS IS policy." Though he may have the "Right" to tell me that, he was rude, disrespectful and could have gained a positive rating by taking care of this simple windshield replacement. Unfortunately he didn't. Also - he hung up on me. WE had around a 10 minute discussion. I was never rude, never raised my voice; though I was firm that they needed to "do the right thing". Jason - good eperience. Jim - horrible experience. Unfortunately due to this I would never use CS Dodge again NOR would I ever recommend it. More
The reason I would come back to this dealership is they dont try to put you into a vechile that you cant afford. They also do everything they can to make the perfect deal so you walk out of there with a great deal and a great monthly payment. They are the only place I will shop for a vechile because I know I can trust them and they will do everything they can to help no matter how long it takes. Garth made the hours we spent there go by fast and as easy as they can. More

Hi. My name is LB Lee. I just bought 2 cars from Colorado Springs Dodge tonight. Honestly this is the first time I have ever filled out a survey, and about the 12th time I have bought a new or almost new car Springs Dodge tonight. Honestly this is the first time I have ever filled out a survey, and about the 12th time I have bought a new or almost new car. I bought a new Dodge Challenger and a slightly used Dodge Super Bee Charger. I am a serious buyer and I rarely ever buy a car anywhere near my home, because I just can't seem to get a good deal in Colorado. I usually go back home to Calif or to the East Coast to pick up the cars cause I can find better deals. Here's my story. Was looking at the internet cause I was impressed with the 392 Dodge Challenger's. I am 50 years old and they reminded me of the old muscle cars back in my day in the 70's...but I couldn't see spending the money everyone wanted for one. So I just started looking around on the internet. Got a few responses from Colorado and other places. One just happened to be from a place a few blocks from my house (where I originally saw the Challenger's displayed outside...smooth move on thier part for a guy who was a teen in the 70's). Anyway, talked to the salesman and he wasn't going to be in that morning but said to see the internet manager the next day and so I did. Was still unimpressed with the cost of the 392's, but Joel Garbe said why don't we drive an R/T hemi V-8 he had on the lot. I was very impressed. I didnt even want to look anymore. Offered a price I wanted. They wouldnt take it but came up higher than I wanted. Then he met me about 1/2 way in finding the same car on another lot. I said I will think about it and walked out. Joel was honest and kind and a total gentleman. The original salesman called me several times to keep up with me, which was very impressive. A dealership in Golden was also quoting and then Chrysler called to check up on them (interesting). Then my son in law on leave from Afghanistan said he and my daughter were going across the street to look at some Dodge Chargers. I said hey wait, let me go with you maybe we can do a deal and get closer on mine. Anyway made an appointment went over. And then of course the car I wanted was sold the day before. I thought typical sales stuff right. After going thru typical stuff and I asked for Joel and I started working with him and we started finding another car for me. Joel found better ones, but things werent working out for my son in law and daughter, then I met Marc Ceballos by accident while I was taking a break. We joked cause I was an Insurance Agent for 30 years and he was in Car Sales for almost as many how we both get bad raps. He said how are things going. I said awe, I may have to walk cause my son in law aint getting what he needs. I said Joel is helping me, but heck I can fly to Calif and get what I need...but these kids need some help. Maybe I should pull Joel in on his deal...or maybe I should just buy the car for them, but I just dont know. I really hate buying Cars. We both talked about what a great guy Joel was, but someone else was helping my son and daughter, but it just wasnt getting there (no offense to the guy...it just wasnt happening and their baby...my grandaughter ws crying and we had been there for 4 hours by then). So Marc said. You are a serious buyer aren't you. I said ya man. I am paying cash for mine, and I will do the down for thiers...just want to buy two cars. He said let me get Joel and I will go see the owner. Then he told me he was a manager (to be quite honest we were in the John at the time). Anyway after awhile he and Joel worked things out ...we both got cars we would never have imagined. I think I paid more than I wanted to. But Joel got me a package that was more like the 392 and Justin got a Super Bee edition and he was elated. Then to my extreme delight was visiting with Steve Cain your finance Manager, now there's a real gem of a guy. Can't tell you enough about him. Let me just say. Pleasant, easy to work with. Smiles. Fast. No hassles. And he was the only one in the entire place (no offense to the rest) that personally took the time to thank my son in law for what he was doing for our country in Afghanistan. That man knows how to treat someone. Also Marc, even though I am a serious but tough negotiator came afterward and thanked me for buying from them. And I must say that Joel...if it werent for him. I would have never come back in the first place. You have a heck of a dealership there. And those 3 guys make it work. I have been in sales since before I was drinking age. From 20 years old to 50 years old. I was the highest selling agent in USAA for most of my career. I have rarely seen service like these three. You should be proud. What a team. I will not only recommend others to come to them. I will personally escort them to the dealership. Thank you for choosing these guys. LB Lee 719-200-3541 More
