I walked away from Perkins Motors because the sales per said he had another appointment he was waiting for. We drove around the lot and found it. Lauren was walking the lot so I asked if she was a sales person she said she was so we proceeded to ask questions about the Jeep. While they didn't have the exact vehicle I wanted in stock on the lot, which is a requirement of USAA's agreement with dealers, they adjusted the price accordingly on a model that was close to the one I wanted. Very friendly salesmen and not TOO pushy. Great selection of vehicles on hand as well. I just wish I could have gotten my $500 military discount which they said was included in the USAA pricing, but I don't believe is. More

I always worked with Andy Barela with issues regarding my 2011 Dodge Nitro. Andy Barela was very dedicated to the issues of my vehicle always answered my calls and returned calls and carried out his proposals going over and beyond making sure he has customer satisfaction he was great, friendly and most of all patient! In light of one conversation with Jim General Manager he also was very professional and sought a resoultion for my situation. I can say one thing this dealership stands behind there product and they make things right and they are an awesome team and I mean the whole staff from when I walked in the front door till I walked out the door! Just kinda looking for a comfortable commuter car. Lauren was very friendly, and went out of her way to find something for me. On the first trip I had to deal with the internet sales manager. I found him condecending and immobile on an overpriced car. So I left. A few days later I sent Lauren a text. By that time she had another manager who was willing to come down to what I thought was a reasonable price. I was recieved a great deal on financing. The dealership did a decent job of detailing the vehicle, it looked really good the night I bought it. I purchased this vehicle AS-IS, and so far have spent a bit to get the check engine light to stay off. I believe the vehicle had been in an accident since I did not receive a Car Fax report. In retrospect I would happily deal with Lauren again. Just wish the management team was as willing to make a fair deal More

We had a great experience at Colorado Springs Dodge. We visited for the first time on Monday, test drove a vehicle and talked about some options. We went to GMC a day or so later to check out those trucks, and though we liked how the GMC drove we felt overall more satisfied with Dodge. We ended up back at Dodge last night and purchased a 2011 truck. Our sales person, Garth Nordstrom, was absolutely fantastic! He immediately put us as ease and really supported us finding the right truck for our needs. We ended up getting more truck that we thought thanks to him. He was low pressure, honest, and an all around great person to work with. The new car manager, Albert, wasn't as great to deal with but we didn't let that ruin the fabulous buying experience we had at Dodge! More

Mark Ceballos (floor manager) was able to work wonders and help us get the upper end car that we wanted for a very manageable price. He was also very forthright and friendly. Last, the gentleman in the finance office made the process as streamlined as possible. We were in and out of there in no time. Tylor is very happy with his "new" car and the piece of mind he has with his 3 year warranty. It is a tradition in our family to name our cars; Tylor chose to name his new "G"6 "Garth" after our salesman. :-) More
