I was looking to trade in my 03 Chevy Avalanche. I went to Colorado Springs Dodge & met with the salesman, Simon Allen. Let me tell you! The service I received there was absolutely unremarkable. You asked to Colorado Springs Dodge & met with the salesman, Simon Allen. Let me tell you! The service I received there was absolutely unremarkable. You asked me to rate this dealer but only gave me a "5" to rate them. In all honesty I would have rated them much, much higher!! The service I received was above & beyond the service I had ever received from any other dealership I had been too. This dealership stayed open until the deal was completed, papers signed & I drove away that night in the 2012 Dodge!!! Unbeleivable!! Anyother dealers I have been to would have told me to come back to complete the deal as we close at 5pm. Simon worked with the finance people to get me the price of the vehicle that fit my needs & got the payments as close to what I wanted. This was the first time I have ever bought a vehicle & drove away in it that same day. Simon also took the time out to email or call me after the deal to make sure everything was still to my satisfaction. There were other salesman walking around & would stop & talk to me as if I was a real person rather than just another "deal". They all were friendly & polite. The one thing that impressed me the most was I was getting thirsty, I asked Simon if they had a soda machine that I could get a soda from. He not only said yes but went & bought me & my partner a soda. That has never happened at any other dealer. I can't say enough about Colorado Springs Dodge or Simon that could express my service that I received that night. The only thing I could tell anyone reading this is to go there ask for Simon Allen and see for yourself!! Thank You Simon, Associates & Colorado Springs Dodge for your fantastic & wonderful service!!!!! More

First of all, the vehicle I went to look at didn't have cruise control as advertised on the internet. It is now costing me around $400 to have it put on. Second of all, it was discovered after buying the cruise control as advertised on the internet. It is now costing me around $400 to have it put on. Second of all, it was discovered after buying the vehicle it did not have UConnect as promised by the salesman. It had to be driven about 150 miles back to the dealership a few days later to be put in after some very unpleasant negotiations with the salesman and the sales manager. The delay of a few days was due to attempting to save the salesman some money for making the mistake of telling me it had UConnect when it didn't. I was told the dealership was trying to contact a third party to furnish and install the UConnect to save money, when in fact I had my nephew who was with me at the time of the vehicle transaction call the dealership and they had the part in stock. No reimbursement for the gas it cost to get there was offered. Thirdly, as I started to drive away from the dealership the day I bought this vehicle, I noticed the power outlet in the dash didn't work when I tried to charge my cellphone and when I tried to pull it out, the unit came out of the dash. I drove back to the dealership across the street and was told by the salesman to get it fixed at the Dodge dealership where I lived. I waited until I could get it fixed the same time the vehicle was taken back to Colorado Springs Dodge to install the UConnect and now the power outlet will charge my phone, but it still pulls out of the dash easily. The vehicle I bought still has about 15,000 miles left on the bumper to bumper warranty, but never will I go back to them to buy another vehicle or have warranty work done. More
Paul was great to work with and worked to get us the deal we needed to walk out with a nice new Durango. Everyone was very friendly and great. we needed to walk out with a nice new Durango. Everyone was very friendly and great. More
We came in expecting to get our Ranch Truck fixed and while we were looking at the one truck that met our needs, we learned the engine was gone in the old truck. The service people couldn't have been nic while we were looking at the one truck that met our needs, we learned the engine was gone in the old truck. The service people couldn't have been nicer and the Salesman answered all our questions and went out of her way to accomidate. We were on the road quickly and painlessly. They were a blessing. More
Just went in to have our 2008 2500 Dodge Ram serviced, the 30,000 mile service. Went into the showroom and looked at the 2012 3500 Longhorn, was so surprised by the interior. Was not intending to buy a ne the 30,000 mile service. Went into the showroom and looked at the 2012 3500 Longhorn, was so surprised by the interior. Was not intending to buy a new truck, especially from THIS dealership. In 2008 when we purchased the 2500 it was a horrible experience. Our salesman was sooo pushy and rude, should have walked out then. We realized, after getting home that the verbal deal we had made was not what we signed on the paperwork, it was such a rushed process during signing. We went back into the dealership the next morning ready to just give the 2500 back. They would not "cancel" the deal and instead gave us 1/2 off a few Mopar accessories. I have not had good things to say about the dealership since then, until now. When going in to pick up our 2500 after the service was done (yes we still had our truck serviced here, the service dept. has always been great, Pete is wonderful!)we went into the showroom again. We spoke to Lauren and informed her that we did love this 3500 truck BUT explained the 2008 experience, also it would have to be a "deal of a lifetime" for us to purchase anything from this dealership. She quickly had sales manager Paul involved. Let me just say that the two of them made up for everything we had gone through before. We bought the 2012 3500. Our deal was more than fair. We appreciated all the courtesy, kindness and even friendship we felt. I would now highly recommend Co Springs Dodge. Please go see Lauren and Paul, they'll treat you right--great people! More
Overall, this was the best car buying experience I've had Overall, this was the best car buying experience I've had in a long long time, and it was due to Lauren Disburg and Marc Ceballos working as a tea Overall, this was the best car buying experience I've had in a long long time, and it was due to Lauren Disburg and Marc Ceballos working as a team and making me feel like an adult and that my business mattered to them. If it wasn't for the professionalism and great salesmanship of the second salesperson I ran into, I would have walked away from this dealership 3 minutes after I got out of my car. While I understand that salespeople work on commission at car dealers, that's no reason to bombard someone with, "Can I help you... What can I show you... Are you here for a test drive..." as soon as they step out of their car. That's the only bad thing I can say about this dealership, and I realize that it's more of a personal preference than anything else. I was on my way out and spotted the Dodge Journey, a car that I had never seen before. Lauren Disburg was walking away, saw that I was looking at the Journey and gave me a wave and kept walking. That's the kind of salesperson I can appreciate (She didn't seem desperate to make a sale... again, personal preference). I waved her down and asked her a few questions about the Journey. She was able to answer most of them thoroughly and completely, and the ones she didn't have an answer to, she looked up the answer to make sure she was giving me the correct information. After meeting and talking to Lauren, I had the pleasure of meeting Marc, the sales manager. He was open and honest with me about the price of the Journey I was looking at and even pulled out the invoice book with the costs and the dealer markup. That was very refreshing to have a car dealer show me what they would make off of my sale. I really felt like he wasn't trying to cheat me out of my money, which is something I've felt in the past at different dealerships. Thank you Colorado Springs Dodge for the great experience. I'll recommend you to anyone that mentions they're looking for a new car. Nate Taylor More
We had a great car-buying experience with Scott at Colorado Springs Dodge. Scott was personable, knowledgeable and most important, paid attention to our new car "wish list", never trying to force some Colorado Springs Dodge. Scott was personable, knowledgeable and most important, paid attention to our new car "wish list", never trying to force something different on us. He found us the car we wanted, explained the discounts we were eligible for, and even ferreted out the discount for retired military personnel, which we didn't realize was available! In addition, our purchase experience on Feb 11, 2012 was gratifying because we have been customers at this dealership for 20+ years! We've owned many Dodge vehicles, taken them all to the service department at this dealership for routine maintenance and repairs, and have always been pleased with the work and customer service. Rusty, in the Service Department, is our go-to guy; he, too, is knowledgeable, friendly, and goes the extra mile whenever our vehicle is in for a maintenance/service visit. It's easy to be loyal customers with guys like Scott and Rusty in our corner! More
Exemplifies the art of the sale, Very friendly while they pick your pockets and smile while they rush you though the process of robbing you blind. Promises are one thing, paperwork is another, incentives wer pick your pockets and smile while they rush you though the process of robbing you blind. Promises are one thing, paperwork is another, incentives were not recieved on time, the discount on the service plan forgotten at best or denied altogether once you've realized your mistake. The finance guy will cut you a deal on service plans that do nearly nothing and can't be cancelled. Major additude problems with the finance department makes me want to DODGE the Dodge company in the future, Normally a family reunion would also reunite most of the Dodge lineup outside in the driveway, gonna have to show up in a Toyota next time if this is what qualifies for customer service, I should at least give another company the chance to treat me like a commission. I had a very good experience buying a vehicle from the dealership. Joe was very helpful, personable, and accomodating considering there was a blizzard outside and he took me on a tour of the the entire 4 dealership.
