Overall experience was fair. We went there wanting a Ram Truck that can fit six and although that is the bench seats are the stocked seats, they didn't have one in the lot. To their credit they searched and offered to bring it down from Ft. Collins, but who really wants 100miles put on their new vehicle by someone else. So we changed what we were looking for and ultimately purchased another model. Was very disappointed that when the sales associates states that he will fill up my new truck, he only put in $10 worth and that pretty much was enough for 40 miles, so on top of the purchase price and the long day, we had to put in over $90 in gas immediately after we purchased the truck. The first time this has ever happened to me. More

Matt joined us after the test drive and provided more information on the vehicle and about the process of purchasing the vehicle. He was very friendly. If we had a question or concern, Anthony and Matt had an answer. If not, they found the answer. Both Anthony and Matt were friendly and I never felt pressured to buy my vehicle. Once the floor manager came in the picture, the pressure started, but he was understanding and was willing to work with us. We kept the team there after closing, but there were no gripes. My husband and I went into Colorado Springs Dodge on saturday February 9th to see if they could help us find a car to suit our family needs. We had been to many other dealerships over the past weeks, an saturday February 9th to see if they could help us find a car to suit our family needs. We had been to many other dealerships over the past weeks, and had found that not only were other dealerships unwilling to work with us, rude, and just downright unfriendly. When we pulled into Colorado Springs Dodge, we were skeptical. Adam Torres was first out to greet us, he was quick to ask what we were looking for, and assured us that we would be taken care of. Adam took down all of our information and put us in contact with a man names Louis who asked us what our price range was and then assured us he would get us in that price range by the end of the day. Since Adam is a newer employee, a man named Tamas Varga came and helped us with test drives, and the overall process of buying a vehicle. Tamas was GREAT. He was very informative, showed us all the bells and whistles on each vehicle that we looked at, and was just overall an amazing sales man. He made us feel comfortable, and appreciated as customers. He knew what he was talking about in all things discussed, and was patient with the fact that we had our 2 month old son with us, and occasionally were interrupted during the process of the day because of it. At the end of the day, (only 5 hours after walking onto the lot) the amazing staff at colorado springs dodge got us off the lot in not only 1, but 2 vehicles (one for myself and one for my husband) in the exact price range we needed. I will be referring everyone I know to the great staff at colorado springs dodge, and I myself will never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. More
