Didn't need a car, just wanted something to do for the day, so decided to look for a future car. Everyone was so friendly and fun that I bought a Jeep. We went in knowing exactly what we wanted and the price we were willing to pay. We chose this dealership because they list their actual prices online and on the vehicle so the haggling is minimal at best. we were willing to pay. Robert respected our choices and didn't push us into something we didn't want or need. He educated us about our purchase and exceeded our expectations. His manager however almost lost the entire deal for Robert by trying to push us to a more expensive vehicle, and was not very friendly towards us when we said "no thank you", hence the "OK" for the overall experience portion. I know the way dealers work...you have to talk to the manager at least once, but this guy was the exact opposite of Robert. Had we gotten him instead of Robert, our purchase would have been made at a different dealer. Rob is a gem who truly listens to his customers, understands and respects their needs and wants, and goes above and beyond to make it happen. I would seek him out for future purchases. More

I initially had financing with a financial institute the dealer found for me. I thought I could find a better rate and I did by halving the initial APR of 5%. I believe the dealership did their best to find the right finance situation but my advice would be secure your own financing prior to shopping and ultimately a purchase. If you have a long standing relationship with a bank, you should go to them first. More
I like the Dodge RAM, otherwise I might have gone elsewhere. Jason tried hard but needs to develop his customer relation skills. I don't like playing games and the dealership started out offering us 3.4% financing but when I then went to a local credit union and USAA and confirmed an interest rate of 2.25%, the dealership then offered me 1.99% financing which I accepted. We completed the financial paperwork on a Friday and delivery was pre-agreed to be the following Monday evening. However, I found out that Jason was off on Monday when I called to confirm the time I would arrive. Another individual guaranteed it would be ready and said he would call back to confirm once he confirmed the status of the vehicle. He never called. I called at the end of my work day and spoke to "Johnnie," who I had met previously and understood was Jason's supervisor. He did call me back to confirm the vehicle would be ready at the agreed upon time of 6:30-7:00 pm. I arrived at the dealership at approximately 6:45 pm and was advised that the truck would be ready in about 15 minutes as the final prep work was being completed. Approximately 45 minutes later, Joel approached me to say he had the vehicle ready, however, he had to scramble to locate the second set of keys, owner's package, and temporary registration sticker before he could complete the vehicle orientation. During the orientation, Joel noted that the vehicle was almost empty and said he thought it would have been filled already but would take care of that before I left. After purchasing a vehicle that listed at over $45,000, instead of filling the truck, Joel proceeded to have me drive across the street to a Shell station where he put in $20 worth of regular gasoline. That seemed to be another indicator of the type of customer relations the dealership displayed throughout the transaction. I felt like they wanted me to feel they were doing me a favor instead of conveying their desire to develop a lasting personal relationship built on quality care. More
Jeff was just fantastic! We went in just to look, and we were able to walk out with a Brand new Dodge Avenger.
