We came to Colorado Springs Dodge looking for a new truck. Everyone was busy when we stopped by. And even tho Caleb had a customer he set us up with another salesperson to help. Right away we felt comfortable with Jeff. He showed us every vehicle available matching the criteria we were looking for. He was very knowlegdar about the Dodge produce and specifically the Ram Trucks. He not only knew specific features about the veh but he spoke highly of the product he was selling. Excellent. I test drove every all four major truck producing companies and chose dodge for the quality and price. It was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I've bought a dozen or so veh companies and chose dodge for the quality and price. It was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. We went in knowing exactly what we wanted and the price we were willing to pay. We chose this dealership because they list their actual prices online and on the vehicle so the haggling is minimal at best. we were willing to pay. Robert respected our choices and didn't push us into something we didn't want or need. He educated us about our purchase and exceeded our expectations. His manager however almost lost the entire deal for Robert by trying to push us to a more expensive vehicle, and was not very friendly towards us when we said "no thank you", hence the "OK" for the overall experience portion. I know the way dealers work...you have to talk to the manager at least once, but this guy was the exact opposite of Robert. Had we gotten him instead of Robert, our purchase would have been made at a different dealer. Rob is a gem who truly listens to his customers, understands and respects their needs and wants, and goes above and beyond to make it happen. I would seek him out for future purchases. More

I initially had financing with a financial institute the dealer found for me. I thought I could find a better rate and I did by halving the initial APR of 5%. It took a little more effort to secure the fi dealer found for me. I thought I could find a better rate and I did by halving the initial APR of 5%. It took a little more effort to secure the financing on my own but it was worth effort. I believe the dealership did their best to find the right finance situation but my advice would be secure your own financing prior to shopping and ultimately a purchase. If you have a long standing relationship with a bank, you should go to them first. More
