Slowest services, especially when you bring your vehicle in for a recall service. Took 9 hrs to do a high pressure fuel pump inspection. Could be better organized and better staffed for maintenance. The initial lady who checked me in could not understand English and got my scheduled service wrong. I had an appointment at 7:00AM and maintenance. The initial lady who checked me in could not understand English and got my scheduled service wrong. I had an appointment at 7:00AM and arrived several minutes early, but still waited 15 minutes before anyone even came to talk to me and overall it took over three hours just to update software due to a recall. I dropped it off for them to correct my oil drip from the drain plug AFTER they had changed my oil. It ended up costing me about $360 to have them fix the drain plug leak which I felt should have been covere drain plug AFTER they had changed my oil.
