I feel sorry for the employees that have to face their customers after being ripped off by this predatory dealership. I will never step foot in that building again. I’m not sure what has happened because I never used to have to pay these types of fees. Shame on this dealership. More
I had a recall notice to complete. AutoNation did a fantastic job. My tech advisor, Rachel, was quite detailed about what I should expect and how long it would take. Slowest services, especially when you bring your vehicle in for a recall service. Took 9 hrs to do a high pressure fuel pump inspection. Could be better organized and better staffed for maintenance. The initial lady who checked me in could not understand English and got my scheduled service wrong. I had an appointment at 7:00AM and maintenance. The initial lady who checked me in could not understand English and got my scheduled service wrong. I had an appointment at 7:00AM and arrived several minutes early, but still waited 15 minutes before anyone even came to talk to me and overall it took over three hours just to update software due to a recall.
