Overall we just came in for a oil change and ended up looking at trucks while waiting. We worked with Jeff and he probably spent 4 hours with us while we looked at several different trucks and spent time looking at trucks while waiting. We were hoping for a little better price on the truck but overall it was still within where we wanted to be. Jeff was great to work with and if we need another truck we will go back. More

Caleb fagan was my salesmen if it wasn't for him I wouldn't be driving my 1500. He worked so hard for me, the only way i will ever return to dodge is if Caleb is working there. Ray did a super job while going through the purchase of our 2013 Dodge Avenger. He was mentored by Luis, Manager of Sales I believe. Ray put a lot of miles on his feet. Andy Barela has been a true friend and representative for decades along with his sidekick Jam. We have purchased several vehicles in those years. This purchase was as or even more special with Ray's work. I would also like to say thank you to Luis (believe spelling is correct). Luis was a mentor but Ray was a special complement to the success of this day. He is a fine young man. I believe he may have also been a veteran as I am also. I went to the dealership hoping to find a great selection of pre-owned vehicles. Well to be honest I was a little disappointed in the selection but I did have my eye one a Nissan Xterra. Kenzie greeted right of pre-owned vehicles. Well to be honest I was a little disappointed in the selection but I did have my eye one a Nissan Xterra. Kenzie greeted right away with a big smile on his face. I new right away he was quite friendly and very down to earth. What I didnt know was that he was quite knowledgeable about all the vehicles there on the lot. So I took the Xterra for a test drive fell in love and 3 hours later i drove it home. kenzie made sure that everything was taken care of as far as paperwork. He even helped me clean out my car that i traded in and helped put it in my new car. He shook my hand and we even hugged because he was so friendly and proffesional at the same time making me feel quite comfortable. He is a keeper Colorado Springs Dodge....whatever you do make sure he stays with your company......Thanks for everything......great doing business with friendly people. Oh, one more thing...Garth in finance is a hilarious and loves his job. I never stopped laughing the whole time he and I were taking care of paperwork. AWESOME TEAM!!!! Jeff needs to read the Durango owners manuel because I wanted a vehicle that would tow more than 3,500 lbs. He brought me a vehilce to test drive and when I noticed it did not have a tow package on it, he wanted a vehicle that would tow more than 3,500 lbs. He brought me a vehilce to test drive and when I noticed it did not have a tow package on it, he said that Colorado Springs Dodge would install it and he said that I could come in the next day and have installed, which I did. While my wife and I were camping with our travel trailer I decided to read the manuel in depth. Much to my surprise it said that only a factory installed tow package can tow 6,200 lbs and an after installation the max. towing 3,500 lbs, which is the towing rating I traded "up" for. More
