Made a bad experience a good one My initial experience with Colorado Springs Dodge was disappointing at best, I had some concerns with the purchase of my new truck and felt they were My initial experience with Colorado Springs Dodge was disappointing at best, I had some concerns with the purchase of my new truck and felt they were being dismissed by the sales man, I was hasty to go online and post my frustration before allowing management to respond to my concern. I then received a phone call from Jim Jannicelli the General Manager of the dealership and that call started the process of resolving my less than satisfying buying experience. I was impressed that he was willing to take the time and every means necessary to make sure my purchase of the new truck was something I could feel good about. I can say without reservation that this ended in probably one of the best acts of customer service I have ever experienced, if your looking to buy a new car our truck give these guys a chance to earn your business, I can tell you Colorado Springs Dodge will be the dealer we buy my wife's new vehicle next year! Rob Berrera would have happily let us walk out if he couldn't get the pricing we wanted. Turns out he looked so hard for us that he found a returned 2013 Avenger that fit our price range. I felt respected and heard when I told him the monthly payment that we needed to be within. Now we have the first new car of our marriage. I would recommend anyone go in and ask for him. I know salespeople need to close the deal, but unlike other dealerships I have been in, this almost felt like home. Loving the new Avenger. Thanks Rob and team! More

When it came time to make the deal, Craig and Joel spun the wheel a couple times and came up with numbers that I can manage, and in the process gave me a good price on my 2005 Dakota. The Bighorn I got is far and away the nicest vehicle I have ever owned and I am trying to find reasonable excuses to drive it several times a day. I am a Dodge fan and am particularly excited about the Torqueflite 8 married to the 5.7 Hemi. A match made in heaven! Thank you. More
If at first you do not succeed I had a not so great experience with this service department at first. After expressing my dissatisfaction the service department supervisor Andy cal I had a not so great experience with this service department at first. After expressing my dissatisfaction the service department supervisor Andy called me personally to apologize and wanted to make things right. He listened to everything I had to say about the experience and about how I did not feel my car was fixed. He readmitted my vehicle, covered a rental car for me, and had all repairs done within a day but kept the car another day just to make sure things were actually taken care of himself and still covered the rental. My car was actually repaired this time and they had also detailed it for me. The return trip to this service department was much more pleasant than the first and I felt that the work had actually been done. The supervisor was extremely pleasant to speak with and had great customer service, very helpful and obliging. I feel much more comfortable going back to this department for service now because of the much better service I received :) So here is my first review of this service department: (If you are female don't bother taking your vehicle here to get service, you will just get looks like you do not know what you are talking about. Then they will make it seem like a rental car will be covered, have your car for nearly a week, then you go to get it come to find out that it was not covered. Not only that but the issue that I had shown a picture of the tire pressure sensor/ pounds, to the service guy to prove I did not just need to put air in my tire, and told him the exhaust was making a noise and described that noise to him. Well the tire pressure is when I got the "you are just a girl, you don't know what you're talking about, it just needs air" look, and then 2 days later my husband had to go in (because I could not get off of work and he was already off work) to show the technician what the exhaust was doing. meanwhile, the service guy tried calling the wrong phone number to contact my husband. another 2 days goes by and one phone call, we are told there is nothing wrong with the tires or sensors so they put air in them and put them back on. AND the technician had grind down my trailer hitch where the exhaust was hitting it AFTER they were told NOT to. I do not want my 2013 vehicle to be jerry rigged, the tech should have loosened the bolts and put the trailer hitch back 1/4 inch to elevate the problem, but no he didn't, instead he did what we told the service guy we did not want them to do and then the service acts like they did us a HUGE favor by doing the work for free. The experience was nothing but miscommunications between the service guy, the technician, and the customer. Terrible experience more than once, doesn't seem like they care about the quality of their work, or how a customer feels. Frustrating!) More
