DON'T DON'T DON'T BUY FROM HERE We purchased a used Jeep Wrangler in August 2014. I spoke with the salesman, Chris Manaois, on the phone the night the vehicle was received as trade. We purchased a used Jeep Wrangler in August 2014. I spoke with the salesman, Chris Manaois, on the phone the night the vehicle was received as trade. I was told the price was set at $8,995. The next morning, I saw the Jeep online for $11,995. When I got to the dealership (I had an appointment), I asked Chris why the price was listed online as $11,995 and if they would still honor the price he told me on the phone. He went to askhis manager and came back, "Yes, we will still honor that price at $8,995 BUT, it won't receive any reconditioning; sold as-is." We agreed since it was in good shape and purchased the car that day. Now, 6 months later after getting in a wreck and needing to know about payoff, we went back to find out that they DIDN'T give us the Jeep at $8,995. My fault for not checking prior. I don't know if it was Chris Manaois or the finance manager. However, I wouldn't suggest this dealership to my worst enemy. More

Did not expect to trade in the old 95 Camry I had but it was on it's way out so it was a no brainer. All the staff was awesome and friendly and the price absolutely could not be beat. The wait time between when Dwayne would have to go see the boss man and get back to us were surprisingly not that long at all! The wife is happy she's got a new truck and when momma bear is happy, everyone is happy! The only thing I can say "bad" is maybe a little more comfier chairs? A+ Service guys & gals I will certainly be sending any business I can your way! P.S. REALLY wished i could have seen under the hood of that hellcat! More

I called in advance to make sure the car was there. Caleb checked and let me know it was there and waiting for me to test drive the vehicle. As soon as I arrived Frankie was there to greet my wife. He was very friendly and not pushy at all, which made the test drive and negotiation very easy for me. He did his best to make us feel relaxed and not forced to buy. Which made me want to buy the car even more. I wanna thank Frankie, Caleb and Shane for helping us and having paitence in helping make a deal. I love my car, and thanks to there great work. I had a 2012 Buick Regal GS to trade after only owning it for a little over 12 months. Frankie was very pleasant to work with and very professional. Never in my 23 years of military service have I had any Sales Person give me their personal cell phone number if I had any questions or concerns after my purchase. Frankie proved very knowledgeable and gave me a very thorough introduction of the vehicles features. After my purchase he contacted me to see how the new vehicle was doing for me. It was a pleasure to work with Frankie through the sales process. Garth in finance was very thorough and understanding of some concerns that I had purchasing a vehicle in the State of Colorado. In my previous military duty station of 19 years, I never had to pay taxes on a vehicle and the concerns of paying taxes on license plates. Garth explained solutions to those concerns to me and everything worked out well. Thanks Colorado Springs Dodge for working with me and I know that I was not the easiest person to work with. I bought my 2014 Dodge Durango Citadel (Hemi) in November because of the way Chris Manois (my salesperson) and Albert Risch (new car Sales Mgr) treate I bought my 2014 Dodge Durango Citadel (Hemi) in November because of the way Chris Manois (my salesperson) and Albert Risch (new car Sales Mgr) treated me in the sales process. Not only were they respectful, they also showed patience and flexibility in negotiating the price which made my experience well worth it. I had originally intended to purchase another vehicle (not a Dodge), but when that dealership treated me as less than a valued customer, I literally ran out of there and went straight back to Chris to close the deal on my Durango (which is an absolutely awesome car!). I must say even those who I've dealt with at Colorado Springs Dodge after purchasing my car, including Andy, Skip and Ron in the Service Department, are all about making sure customers have an excellent experience. In fact when I had a question about a "loose" rear quarter panel yesterday, Ron spent a little time with me to clarify the issue. Needless to say I would recommend to anyone wanting a new car and being treated well in the process that they should go to Colorado Springs Dodge because they Rock the Customer Experience! More

Ben Hogan was honest and straightforward from the moment we walked in. If you see the car of your dreams at Colorado Springs Dodge make sure you talk to Ben Hogan first. He will be upfront with no gimmicks. I would mention the names of the suits that were less than honest with me but they never formally introduced themselves; they were too busy trying to "take me for a ride." More
