Dream truck with an affordable price tag. Walked onto the lot to show my wife what my dream truck looked like, ended up driving home with it after being given a price I just couldn't refuse. D Walked onto the lot to show my wife what my dream truck looked like, ended up driving home with it after being given a price I just couldn't refuse. Dwayne made the experience easy, being friendly, honest, and professional. After a lifetime of trading in vehicles every three years, I finally have the truck I have been wanting all this time. Thank you Dwayne for making it happen. More
It was a dream come true Scott Matela was an awesome salesman who showed me a vehicle that I wanted and needed. I had went to another dealership that day looking for a Chevy Silverado and but was basically told that that they didn't want to sell me it. I'm sure it was my age that threw them off being a 24 year old wanting to buy a brand new truck but I know that I came out on top going to this dodge dealership and working with Scott finding the truck that fit my needs. He got the job done, sold me what I wanted and am very pleased and will be for the years to come in my new Dodge Ram 3500. Thank you Scott and I cannot see myself in another truck besides Dodge. More

Our sales person was Jordan White and the manager who helped us was I believe Christian. We knew what car we wanted so it made the process a little bit easier. They worked with us as far as the price and our trade in, I couldn't believe that there are still honest and reasonable people left in a dealership business! If you are looking for a vehicle this is definitely a place for you to look if you do not want to deal with too much going back and forth, where you will be respected and treated like a customer should! Thank you guys for making our experience a good one! Maya & Joel More

The time had come to save a little money on insurance and trade 2 cars for 1. Since we were in a time crunch, Scott arranged to finish having the Durango detailed at a later date. In our rush, Scott forgot to put gas in the vehicle and called to tell us he will do that when we return. We can't wait to hit the road with our "new" vehicle. More

Felt they were trying to insult my intelligence I went to this dealership with some friends that were looking to trade in their vehicle. As I was waiting and they were looking, a salesman approached I went to this dealership with some friends that were looking to trade in their vehicle. As I was waiting and they were looking, a salesman approached me and we got to talking and I decided to make an appointment to bring my vehicle in to have it looked at. I own a 2008 Ford F450 Lariat with all the bells and whistles minus the King Ranch package. It had a retail book value of $32-$38,000 and at worst a trade in value of about $24,000. My appointment was scheduled about 4 days out but everyday they called me to confirm my appointment. I was like are you kidding me. Than on my way to my appointment with them they called again to confirm my appointment. Now hospitals love money too but they will not call you everyday to confirm your appointment, otherwise I would never miss one. When I arrived at the dealership and walked in the salesman that I made the appointment with was already detained by customers and proceeded to ignore me as he put full attention on them. I mean wait, first I make the appointment, and you call me everyday, then when I arrived you act like your to busy? Insult #1. So the Sale manager comes out and he asks if I was ready to do a test drive since this is what we talked about the day I made the appointment, and I said yes. As I hand him the keys I asked him to please to not jump in the truck and fire it right up right way, and to turn the key and let it chime before starting it. His reaction was "I know what to do I have been driving diesels my forever". In my mind this was not his truck and he was not the customer, I was. What he should have said was "Ok", or "No problem, you bet", or anything to not offend. You always want to keep the customer happy, no matter what you think you know, this is insult #2. We walked out and he proceeded to do a walk around, typical procedure. He tells me that my front tires are bald, well here comes offence #3. The ones on the front of my truck are non aggressive highway tires for fuel economy. they have straight groves and do not wear like normal tires do. I told him that it was the design of the tires and that they were well above DOT regulation. Do do not believe that he cared and that his mind was set with bald. So now we go for the test drive and he starts stomping on the gas. He told me he was looking for black smoke which he did not find. We get back to the dealership and he proceeds to tell me that he has to call his Ford buddy to figure out what it is worth. I thought to myself, "Why, can't you figure it out, isn't that your job?" He proceeded to tell me that it would be about 15 minutes, so I went and sat in the rest area. This is where the fur was going to fly and insult #4 begins. He comes back with a huge smile on my face like I am about to be blessed with immortality and says, "Good news, I had a couple of offers come back and right now we are at $14-$15,000, doesn't that sound great? WOW, talk about getting kicked below the belt by the whole Broncos football team. So I proceeded to tell him that it was not going to work and that that is less than I owe on it. His response was that he did not know that I owed anything and in my mind, he didn't even ask. So he asks me what I owe, I told him about $21,000. His response, well I think we can at least pay off the loan. I said to him, no, that would not be enough, and he responded with, "I am not in the business of buying vehicles", So of course I responded with, "And I am not in the business if giving them away either". I further threw in that he would turn around an sell it for $32-$38,000, and that I am not stupid. I think that upset him. I do not feel that these guys are experienced enough to be able to deal with someone that might actually be smarter then they are. than he tried to throw in, " well we don't even know what it is your are looking for". Who the heck cares what I am looking for, at the moment I was looking for them not to treat me like I was stupid and give me a decent price, then I will decide what I am looking for. Remember people, what one dealership has, so does the other, do not allow them to control you when it comes to your money. You are the customer and they should treat you as they would want to be treated if it was in reverse. I felt that they would just assume take what mine for nothing and then take away my children's college fund for what they have to sell. I personally would not recommend this one to any of my friends for anyone for that matter for I do not seek to do business from anyone that would use inferior-ism as a way to sale their product, just walk away.
