Good selection and sales team Edit: The salesman, Heston, did a good job in that he didn’t pressure, play games, or try to up sell and he made as very knowledgeable about the truck Edit: The salesman, Heston, did a good job in that he didn’t pressure, play games, or try to up sell and he made as very knowledgeable about the trucks. Finance is hit/miss; I would recommend asking for someone other than Garth if he is who they assign to handle your closing. EDIT: The truck they sold had superficial paint scratches that the salesman promised that the service dept would contact me to fix. I brought it in and the manager on duty (Joe) was able to help me quickly and easily. The management and sales team are capable and willing to help, coming in is going to be faster than going thru the phone. The team here wants to do a great job and take care of any concerns, and when you find the right person they handle issues very quickly. More
Wow what a circus act!! I went to Colorado Springs Dodge on Woodman Road to buy a Dodge 2500 diesel Laramie Limited. I just drove the first one and when we got back I asked I went to Colorado Springs Dodge on Woodman Road to buy a Dodge 2500 diesel Laramie Limited. I just drove the first one and when we got back I asked to drive a different one that was all hooked up with a list and other accessories. The sales person told me that I was not allowed to drive those vehicles until I was financed! How the xxxx would you buy a vehicle without driving it?? And when I got upset and said I was going to talk to the sales manager he said that might not be true! So he basically admitted he was lying. The funny part is I think the original truck I drove was more expensive than the truck I was asking to drive. This place plays reindeer games! Stay far away to these tactics !! I sat there for 45 minutes as they gave me an interview about my life before I can buy vehicle. What a joke! If they would’ve just let me decide which truck I wanted to buy they would’ve had one less truck on the lot today. Maybe I should’ve came in dressed more appropriately to buy a vehicle from them. I came in my gym clothes and I’m restricted in the vehicle I can drive. Then I give them a piece of my mind they tell me I can drive whatever vehicle I would like. So if you go to this place to buy a vehicle make sure you bring your clown shoes and your red nose maybe these clowns will give you a better service!! More
Watch their closing agents. WATCH OUT FOR THE PEOPLE THAT DO THEIR CLOSINGS!!!!!! The person that handled the closing kept trying to get me to buy a really expensive extended wa WATCH OUT FOR THE PEOPLE THAT DO THEIR CLOSINGS!!!!!! The person that handled the closing kept trying to get me to buy a really expensive extended warranty. He wanted me to pay $3500 no fricken way, but when he got to $750 i agreed, Then he said he would add 6 free oil changes as well. Pretty good deal until we started signing the paperwork and he had me sign for the 6 supposed free oil changes and the $750 extended warranty. He then presented the final closing documents and he had put both the $3500 extended warranty as well as a charge for $750 for the 6 free oil changes. Watch these guys, the stereotypical used car salesman, pretty scummy in my opinion, will never do business with them again. More
Great Experience & Customer Service We found a used car online and did a chat session with Kevin. Although he knew we may or may not be coming in that afternoon, he was available when we asked for him at the customer services desk. He had the car information available and was very helpful with questions & prepared for 3 of us (to include a teen driver who we were purchasing the car for) to test drive the vehicle. We were able to negotiate a fair price and left with a new/used car. Customer service was great, we never felt pressured as sometimes you do when buying a car, and the process was quick and painless. Based on my experience, I would very much recommend this dealership. More
Have had 2018 Durango for 2 weeks & major problems We bought a 2018 Dodge Durango R/T 2 weeks ago & already have had a major mechanical issue which caused me to almost have a major multi-car accident, We bought a 2018 Dodge Durango R/T 2 weeks ago & already have had a major mechanical issue which caused me to almost have a major multi-car accident, sit stuck on the side of the highway waiting for a tow truck in a very dangerous position because the vehicle was not driveable. I had it towed to the dealership (the employees were very nice & wanted to help) where they said they spent “5 hours” looking at it, putting it on the computer & driving it without finding the cause of the problem. They could only release it back to me & let me drive it & “bring it back if it did it again”. I relayed how unsafe I felt & that me just driving it & risking the same thing happening again was not ok, since it almost caused an accident to begin with. I wanted them to look further since such a major incident (the vehicle would barely drive, as if it was in neutral on a major highway, there was no warning or check engine light) means SOMETHING is wrong. I felt like since the computer diagnostic didn’t show the problem that they don’t believe something was wrong? So now I have to go pick up my new $50,000 vehicle & always be afraid when I drive it. The only reason we bought this vehicle was so that I would be safe when driving it across the country alone to visit our grown children while my husband is out of the country for a year. Now I will have to worry about my safety just driving to the grocery store, let alone further. A dealership of this size should be willing to do more, at least spend more time checking the physical parts of the vehicle & not just relying on computer diagnostics, especially on a vehicle that is only 2 weeks old! I pray I expressed my fears of this happening again on the interstate or especially at night but they do not care. I will be documenting everything, including the tow-truck drivers observations. Buyer beware, don’t buy this vehicle, seems like it’s goibg to be the same old issues they had years ago & they won’t try to figure it out until someone dies or many major accidents happen. WILL NEVER BUY DODGE AGAIN due to the handling of this issue. More
Unprofessional and just plain Rude Went there interested in one of the honda CRV's, they had and test drove with Kevin (who was really cool) and then decided on one, I had to leave to Went there interested in one of the honda CRV's, they had and test drove with Kevin (who was really cool) and then decided on one, I had to leave to go back to work so my wife started going through process of negotiating a price. Then Kevin had an appt and we were handed off to a younger blonde haired kid who was so disrespectful to my wife it was unbelievable. My wife said what our fair limit was, and then there was the whole game played of back and forth to the manger etc, So my wife (and I am on the phone with her most of the time while this is going on) She said "well I guess we cant reach an agreement... he then THREW the papers across the table and yelled " I GUESS WE ARE THEN.." and walked off....,just wow....really??? we..Will NEVER go back to Colorado Springs Dodge Please do not buy from them I should have heeded the bad reviews, but we were really interested in the cars and thought we would give it a shot..... SOOOOO glad we did not buy from them though. (Kevin was great though) More

The salesman Heston Olson at first seems very nice because he is trying to get a sale. I drove the car home and the very next day the check engine light comes on. I have a diagnostic ran and the car has a blown ignition coil and costs me $250. I bring this up to Heston and he ignores me for days until I mention that I am going to speak to management and even then tells me tough luck you should have bought a warranty from us. Now I am afraid this vehicle is going to have lots of problems because they doctor vehicles just to get a sale. This is very unethical and very bad business. Stay away from this dealership they sell faulty vehicles to good people. If the coil went out a month later I could understand but the next day? COLORADO SPRINGS DODGE is offering no help or assisstance. Buy your next car from a more professional and ethical dealership. More

I asked if they could repair m I had my vehicle serviced on August 19th. When I arrived the gentleman didn't seemed too happy to be there to greet me. I asked if they could repair my hood prop rod and he stated yes. Right before my vehicle was ready I was told 3 things that was recommended for my vehicle. I kindly declined and waited about 5 more minutes until I was told my vehicle was ready. I paid for what I don't know. My vehicle wasn't vacuumed or washed, which has always been done the many years I've gone there . 2 weeks later my change oil indicator came on, my hood prop rod was NEVER repaired, my fluids weren't filled or topped because I had absolutely no washer fluid and my airbag light came on. I'm not sure if my oil was even changed properly I wrote the manager of the service department and NEVER received a response. More
