I was working with sales person Brian and manager Zach on a truck deal. He called me for a few days and offered me the truck. Finally he offered me $1000 off the truck. I said I would think about it. Today 01/17/2022 I dropped off my Dodge 2018 Caravan with Andy in Service to get an ideal pulley and a windshield washer replaced and they did an excellent job. 1/4/22 This dealership doesn't respond to bad reviews, one stars, or unsatisfied customers. I had my 2013 Dodge Journey towed to this shop almost 2 weeks ago to get a fuel pump put in my car. Travis told one stars, or unsatisfied customers. I had my 2013 Dodge Journey towed to this shop almost 2 weeks ago to get a fuel pump put in my car. Travis told us that they'll be done last week Friday, so yesterday 1/2/22 Monday, I decided to personally go up there to check on the status of my car and Travis told me that they Still haven't Started fixing my car then I told him don't even worry about it and that I'm about to have it towed to Dodge Perkins Motor City, so I had to pay for another tow plus I paid for a Rental car for All the time my car was held hostage at this shop. I knew something was fishy about this dealership because everytime I went in this place, I could Never find the person I was looking for and when you do speak to someone it feels like they listening to you but they don't really hear you with interest. So, I started reading all their reviews and I noticed that they always respond to the pretty reviews but the Real people that actually have problems and concerns this place is dismissive to them. I guess since my car is an older car that I didn't deserve the same amount of Fair treatment as the Newer vehicles huh? My experience was horrible and plus I'm out of pocket with 2 tows and a Rental car plus Travis or Andy didn't even bother to make it right or at least attempt to accommodate me for the inconvenience. Not a sorry or a simple My bad. Thus dealership acts with No integrity and they don't treat everyone Fair and Equal. I do Not recommend Anyone to do business here because it looks good on the outside but Nasty attitudes on the inside. Called this morning to schedule warranty service and the woman on the phone spoke a mile a minute and didn’t listen to what I needed. Tried to charge me for WARRANTY service and they don’t even offer a loaner car even though I have a full warranty still on my Jeep. Do not bring your vehicle here! She was incredibly rude and patronizing- I do not need to be treated like an idiot when my car was already diagnosed by a top notch mechanic - they just can’t do the work due to the power train warranty. This dealership needs to drug test this employee- she asked for my phone number 3 separate times - and talked over me - as a nurse who worked in rehab - yup - she was a piece of work. I would not allow anyone to work on my vehicle there after speaking with her. More
