The service department missed the Exaust leak on the right side during inspections and oil changes since I bought the truck with 23000 miles. Now the truck is out of warranty and I will have to take car right side during inspections and oil changes since I bought the truck with 23000 miles. Now the truck is out of warranty and I will have to take care of it myself. More
Recommendation to put in OEM MAP sensor before diagnostic cost me $180.00. Instead of endurance insurance coverage taking this bill so no I’m not happy. cost me $180.00. Instead of endurance insurance coverage taking this bill so no I’m not happy. More

Once we arrived and had waited for 15 minutes we were informed the sales consultant was busy and would not be able to assist us during our scheduled appointment. We were upfront with the new sales consultant that we were there to purchase and not lease a truck. Initially went in to look at used vehicles but were persuaded to look at the new trucks since they had 0% financing. We were direct on how much we wanted to spend a month, how much we wanted for trade-in (had been offered the amount we were asking for at other dealerships), and how much money we had for a down (a significant amount). The manager had told us to pick out any new truck in the lot we will work with you and make it happen. When looking at trucks we asked several times if it would be within our parameters, we were reassured several times it would be within our requirements. We picked a truck on the lower end of the priced truck on there lot. when they came back with pricing it was over $250 a month than what we had been clear about. The manager was insistent on us leasing. After we told him we were there to own not to lease he rudely stated they only have one very used and significantly older truck for us on their lot. More
Will never buy a Ram again due to this dealership. Nothing but problems and them not looking out for their customers. So sorry I ever bought my latest Tam 2500 Diesel. Nothing but problems and them not looking out for their customers. So sorry I ever bought my latest Tam 2500 Diesel. More
Dealerships tend to get a bad rap for their efforts and tactics, but Colorado Springs Dodge and their service team have ALWAYS come through for me. Title: Never Trust a Smile. This complaint is on the front desk girl name Kayleigh. My family took our 2018 Dodge Caravan to Dodge to get service 2 months ago 5/22. Kayleigh This complaint is on the front desk girl name Kayleigh. My family took our 2018 Dodge Caravan to Dodge to get service 2 months ago 5/22. Kayleigh lied to us that we had to wait 30 days to get our extended warranty to cover the work. Also Kayleigh Never communicated with us as we told her to call but Kayleigh insisted on texting us about the status of our vehicle. Kayleigh is very passive aggressive, Lazy, and unprofessional. Service department is outstanding. I interacted with at least 5 different people and they were all highly responsive. Nick was fantastic and my invoice was about 60% of the quote. To begin, I have never written a negative review, but after my dealings with Colorado Springs Dodge, I had to express my frustration to warn others about my poor experience. I recently purchased a Dodge Challenger Hellcat from Colorado Springs Dodge. During my time at the dealership, it started snowing pretty bad outside. After signing paperwork, I asked my sales rep. if he would allow me to pick up the car the next day due to weather conditions. He told me that wasn’t possible. I then asked the manager, who also refused. I also asked the finance rep. He said he had nothing to do with that, so I asked my sales rep. and manager again. I asked if we could keep it in the service shop and I would pick it up in the morning. They said the shop was too full and that I had to take the vehicle that night. If I would have known that, I would have waited until the next day to sign the purchase contract. If this is a liability issue, then they should have mentioned it before I signed the contracts. They obviously had no concern for my safety or my 12 year old son's safety either. Their only concern was making the sale that night. Not only was it a $90,000 vehicle, but the Challenger was equipped with summer tires (not made for bad weather at all). After being forced by the dealership to drive the vehicle (in what turned into a full snowstorm with 19” of snow falling that night), we slid off the road multiple times (one time literally within a few inches of rolling the car down into a 10 foot deep ditch), as well as narrowly avoiding several accidents with other vehicles that were also struggling with the snow and icy conditions. Not only this, but to make it worse, the sand & rocks from snow xxxxxxthat night caused numerous pits and chips in the car’s paint. This is NOT how I expected to spend my first trip in the new car. After explaining my frustration and damage to the dealership the next day, they flat out refused to work with me to fix or repair the paint damage, and wouldn't lift a finger to even try and work with me on splitting the cost. After several calls and emails, all I received back was an email stating "Unfortunately we are unable to provide you with a credit". I was also promised a 6 month trial for Sirius XM, but still have not had that activated after several calls to my sales rep. Lastly, I have to mention that between the two sales reps. and the manager, I estimate that they asked me at least 10 times to pull my credit within in the first 1/2 hour of my arrival. (Most of which were before I was allowed to look at the car I was interested in buying!) I understand the process and that pulling my credit is required, but at least let me look at the car first before you bombard me with pressured questions. It was extremely uncomfortable, and again proving that they only care about the sale... I have come to realize that the only thing Colorado Springs Dodge cares about is doing whatever it takes to get you to sign the paperwork, then they kick you out the door and move on to the next sucker, while they leave you high and dry. (Or in my case… stuck in a ditch, in a blizzard, in my $90,000 car that now has rock chips and paint damage.) Please do yourself a favor and find a different dealership when looking to buy a vehicle. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with a car dealership, and I’ve purchased numerous cars in my lifetime. More
