I bought a one year old 2012 Ram 1500 p/u at a local dealership. Had everything I needed to pull an RV: tow pkg, Hemi, full rear seats, topper. My wife and I are both retired USAF nurses living in Colorado. We travel and vaca often, pulling our RV, and hit the state, national parks, and surrounding mountains of Colorado frequently. My older Ram truck never let us down. I went to an Autonation next to a Chrysler/Jeep dealership that took care of my truck maintenance. I wanted to upgrade to a higher standard of safety features and luxury. Met my salesperson Ron and I felt NO pressure. We narrowed down what I wanted and he really worked to get my confidence. We hit it off better than most. We grew up just 40 miles from each other in Massachusetts and a connection was made. He found a truck that met my needs and I upgraded to a Laramie with the comfort and safety features I desired. Other staff throughout the facility were friendly, never pushy...that would have ended my search at AutoNation. Best of all, I have a new best girl for a truck. She is purdy! More
