I had the BEST car buying experience of my life at Autonation Dodge Ram in Colorado Springs with Cory King and Julien Johnson. After visiting 5 other dealerships, my wife and I were dejected and feel Autonation Dodge Ram in Colorado Springs with Cory King and Julien Johnson. After visiting 5 other dealerships, my wife and I were dejected and feeling like we weren't going to find a vehicle that met our needs. We were looking for a used truck that could pull our new fifth wheel, with reduced miles and within our budget. Things were not looking good until I pulled into the Autonation lot. While Julien was busy with another customer, Cory took us under his wing. We told him our needs and whether it was luck, karma, or Cory's knowledge of the inventory available, he showed us a perfect vehicle. Cory was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle and it was appropriately priced, no gouging. He walked us through the process and stayed on the phone with my insurance company while Julien and I completed the initial paperwork. He took me over to James in finance, who was extremely efficient and quick. I was driving off the lot in my gently used truck in just 2 hours, not feeling any second guesses about my purchase. I would HIGHLY recommend Autonation and in Colorado Springs, see Cory King or Julien Johnson. They are knowledgeable, friendly, professional and courteous. Thank you, Guys!! More

Travis got me in after having transmission issues quickly. He work well with the warranty department to verify the coverage. The customer service area is always clean and tidy. The restrooms are also very clean. I was able to take advantage of the shuttle service and the driver was friendly, professional, and prompt. More

Part of service I had performed was Transfer Case inspection & service. Oddly, when vehicle was returned front differential plug was loose and leaking fluid. From communications to quality of service, this was not the experience I expected. More
