I had two other shops condemn the transmission on my 2012 Journey. I personally didn't agree with their consensus so I decided to go directly to Dodge to have it assessed. The other shops told me "these 2012s, the transmissions are notoriously bad". What's that saying about when you're a hammer .. everything looks like a nail.. Autonation Dodge took the time to properly diagnose the car and sure enough, it wasn't the transmission. Their fix was much simpler and was 1/4 the price. I'm pretty happy they saved me several thousands of dollars. I'm moving out of the area else I'd adopt them as my new maintenance center for even my non-dodge cars. More

And some of the employees that have stayed have become rude and ugly. The new service or acting service manager Lisa. Is rude and thinks she is better that anyone the only service writer that still provides any kind customer service is Kaylee. Autonation only cares about xxxxxxx the money out of Colorado springs. I'm considering taking my business elsewhere. I have been very loyal to ram and have many vehicles but I'm sure I won't buy from autonation and am sure autonation won't care. More
