The service POC was fantastic and extremely helpful. Did not give you five stars, as I felt the the price for the service and parts where a bit too high. Other than that, thank you for the great work. Did not give you five stars, as I felt the the price for the service and parts where a bit too high. Other than that, thank you for the great work. More
Tim and the entire service team were very helpful and concerned about the issue with my truck, and got it in right away even though I didn't have an appointment. concerned about the issue with my truck, and got it in right away even though I didn't have an appointment. More
Dealership took advantage of a dying man and his family- Period. The epitome of what a bad car dealership is! It’s been a horrible experience. We purchased the truck to be used solely to tow our trave Period. The epitome of what a bad car dealership is! It’s been a horrible experience. We purchased the truck to be used solely to tow our travel trailer for family vacations to create cherished memories for my child and wife before I pass away. I now know what “life is too short, enjoy it” really means… I was going to buy another Toyota (and traded in my pristine 4Runner) but they were too expensive at the time and I only stopped by this dealership on a whim to see what they had. They showed me this 19’ Ram 1500 with low miles and I had asked the sales team a slew of questions: It’s service history, any problems, ownership history, any modifications etc… This dealership happily misrepresented the condition of the truck after I asked explicit, poignant questions related to its condition - and they lied straight to our face(s). The dealership was extremely pleased to take our $$ (and the 4Runner trade in) and leave us with a unreliable, expensive -to - repair vehicle! It’s been towed in for repair more than it’s been driven which is astronomical considering they swore up and down this truck was in tip-top shape. Once I uncovered their B.S ( two days later), I spoke to the used car sales manager and he provided the pre-inspection paperwork for the truck after it was bought at action and before it was put on the lot for sale. It had numerous “after market” components removed but they didn’t bother removing the junk/broken (we found that out real soon) aftermarket suspension (front and back) or tell us about the rusty, mid muffler-delete, hacked-up exhaust nor did they disclose to us that the truck previously had a bunch of “aftermarket” garbage UNTIL we immediately started having issues with it! Every time I’ve asked to speak with the GM, it’s impossible. The staff successfully run ‘interference’, preventing customers speaking DIRECTLY to the GM. In my opinion, that’s pretty cowardly- The GM seemingly not wishing to interact with customers with VALID complaints. I’ve asked TWICE for them to either buy back the truck or reestablish the truck full warranty because we cannot afford the obnoxious repairs for a 2019 that only has 53,000 miles! After having the truck for approx 10 months, it’s been a nightmare. Like I said above; on day TWO, the issues started. We spent thousands of dollars (which we really don’t have) and have had MULTIPLE breakdowns requiring several tows, and the truck is STILL useless: Parasitic draws killing the battery, the dash stays lit until the battery dies (won’t take a jump either) a plethora of electrical issues, the above mentioned suspension issues and repairs… the list goes on! We’ve asked them to get engineering involved as they cannot fix the electrical problems but they make excuses why they won’t. I doubt their technicians are actually ASE certified as the latest repair fixed NOTHING and they somehow caused damage to the drivers rear bumper that they are blaming on the tow truck driver! I told them the truck didn’t arrived with a bent/damaged bumper corner but they again kept giving me excuses. They also have a problem keeping staff. The service manager, the service advisors .. it’s a revolving doors, they cannot retain employees. The “new” service director spoke to me this past week promising to “help” and I emailed a long description of the never ending problems WITH VIDEO AND PICTURES and haven’t received and response. Again, they will happily take your $$ with pleasure but will screw you over on the backend when your vehicle immediately starts having issues! This has been a nightmare experience for my family. Between my medical bills, other bills etc, we cannot afford the constant upkeep on this unreliable piece of garbage truck. We were taken advantage of right from the start. A horror story from a stereotypical bad car dealership. More
Glad They were able to get me back on the road. It took a few days but I did not have an appointment. I had to have my vehicle towed there, Shawn was helpful! It took a few days but I did not have an appointment. I had to have my vehicle towed there, Shawn was helpful! More
I have a '21 Dodge Ram Promaster with a Winnebagocamper build on top. a Travato. Just to be clear....but really, it's the dodge ram that needed the oil change, the transmission flush, and the radiator co build on top. a Travato. Just to be clear....but really, it's the dodge ram that needed the oil change, the transmission flush, and the radiator coolant flush. They are v short staffed in the service dept., but they helped out, I was able to get a shuttle ride all the way home. They had the van all day. No big deal. I got a quote for service online. I wanted to be sure they used MOPAR products and I could not get the service person to indicate the part numbers or brands they used. This was v. frustrating. she reassured me verbally that I was getting exactly what I should be getting, but would not re-write the quote. I just bought this vehicle. I take immaculate care and keep records. I really wanted to know what KIND OF SYNTHETIC OIL, WHAT PART NUMBER OIL FILTER, WHAT BRAND OF COOLANT, why is that so hard?? It helps my brain not have to remember, it proves proper care had been taken. I would STILL want follow up on this but I'm not going to hold my breath. I would not recommend this dealership for this reason. Everyone CAN do better, and should strive to do better. Even short-staffed. Thank you to everyone who took care of me and the van. But when you pay $!00,000 for your home on wheels, you NEED to know it is being taken care. I'd give you less stars but there wasn't anything wrong with the actual work..... More

I have used this dealership since 1986 and over the years they have been my #1 place for all my MOPARS! I became friends over the 37 Years with the recently retired Service Director (Andy Barela) when I had they have been my #1 place for all my MOPARS! I became friends over the 37 Years with the recently retired Service Director (Andy Barela) when I had an issue with my 1986 Shelby Daytona. I was concerned when he retired because I have some upper end/expensive MOPARS (TRX in this case, but also Viper) that require no impact tools and a careful handling. The new Service Manager (Lisa) allowed my usual customer experience/interaction to continue. Also, Travis (known since 1998 and he's the SRT, Hellcat, and TRX tech) and Marcos replaced the Bilstein Blackhawk e2 front drivers assembly at 685 miles on my brand new TRX because the hose was leaking from factory. This was an involved job and they did a great job babying my near $100K specialty truck. More
