This dealership sold us a 2015 Jeep in March. Since then it has been undrivable almost the entire time. If I had to guess we have been able to put only like 500 miles or less on it. First we were told it was overheating because of the radiator. And another dealership told us they sold it to us with such low break pads it wasn't even legal to give it to us in that condition. When the problem wasn't fixed and it happened again we had to fight for it to be towed in to the service station. This time we were told it was the thermostat. A week or two later we again barely made it home from it overheating. This time our new home was too far away and we spent WEEKS fighting for it to be towed back to an AutoNation service dept. It went on so long with being given the run around, or with calls not being returned etc we finally had to pay out of pocket to tow to Golden CO. This time we found out the gears didn't match the size tires and it wasn't calibrated correctly. This bill was going to be over 6k and it wouldn't be covered with warranty. We have been fighting with the dealership since. This vehicle was sold to us UN USEABLE and we maybe have put 500 or less miles on it since we got it in March. It is now July. They don't return our calls or emails. We basically have to drive from where we live in Summit county all the way to the Springs and be in someone's face for the slightest bit of communication but its still not fixed and in the meantime we are having to pay the car payment and insurance. They refuse to make this right so we are now having to look for a lawyer. Its unbelievable. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE.... YOU'LL REGRET IT. It has been the worst experience ever for us and the dealership isnt making it right, only dragging it out for months. More

Wow - this place is outrageous. After going to this dealership 3 TIMES for not starting you think they would have gotten to the root of the problem. Well turns out that after the w After going to this dealership 3 TIMES for not starting you think they would have gotten to the root of the problem. Well turns out that after the warranty problems being fixed (exhaust leak, shifter locked, new battery, and leaking manifolds) this truck would be a champ. Well turns out I had to take it back 2 days after getting it back for manifold problems. At first I called and spoke to Lisa the service manager. She was very helpful and great to work with at first. Then when I get my truck back and a couple days later I’m told it was a loose bolt from the starter. Now after having my truck there 3 separate times for it not starting you’d think this would have been caught early on and not impeded my day shortly after picking my truck up two days prior. Well I try to speak with Lisa and left her voice mails to talk about how this problem was 1 never corrected or 2 could this could have been a mere mistake with the tech when replacing my manifolds or when I paid to have my batter replaced ($440 dollars later). I felt $220 for a loose screw adjustment and three times prior was a little uncalled for. Had she called me back and spoken to me like a supervisor should, there could have been an understanding but I’m left with no response. The advisor couldn’t tell me anything else either. I use to like this dealership but after this I will be taking my business somewhere else. The standards are just not up to par with what I call customer satisfaction. More
Took vehicle in for service. Wanted to fix driver's side axle, and check brakes. Said brakes were fine but have an oil leak from oil pan gasket. Fixed the axle and oil pan leak. Wanted to fix driver's side axle, and check brakes. Said brakes were fine but have an oil leak from oil pan gasket. Fixed the axle and oil pan leak. A couple of days later, we had rain and brakes were grinding. Will take it back later after getting some more money for this fix. Service was quick, but still costed a bunch of money. More

I have 6 free oil changes that I got when I purchased my car. I was told to call couple hours before I come in so they can order my filter cause it's not a dodge. So I've called in like asked. They have either not ordered the flyer by time I get there and want me to wait 2 hours for it to get there or this last time I called in and got hung up on twice so I brought my own filter. Then I show up and there's a3 hour wait. Said I'll come back tomorrow can you order my filter. They refused to order it. I shouldn't have to supply my own filter for a FREE oil change. There was no offer of reimbursement for me having to bring my own filter. I will not take my car there after my free oil changes run out. It's been a nightmare every time I've taken my car in. More

They promised to repair some body damage on the car. The did repair it but painted the repair a different color than what the car was. So it stands out like a sore thumb. Furthermore, after promising me the car is in good order with no problems, I realized on the second day of ownership that the car had an enormous oil leak! And now, since I have explained this to the dealership they refuse to answer my questions and requests. I would steer clear of this dealership More

The worst part was they negated to take pics when I dropped it off and tried to back out of fixing it. The service manager pointed out other dings and tried saying the damage was already there. It took going over her head to get it fixed. Was not impressed. They ultimately took care of it, but not without a great deal of heartache. More

I have a maintenance package I purchased with my vehicle, and whenever I bring my vehicle to get an oil change, they have to reach out to a third par I have a maintenance package I purchased with my vehicle, and whenever I bring my vehicle to get an oil change, they have to reach out to a third party company. My dad brought my car on Saturday to get serviced, but unbeknownst to me, the other company is not open on Saturdays. Tim tried to explain this to my dad, and help him figure out how they could resolve it. My dad speaks broken English, and Tim made him feel understood and cared for. He was very professional and helped my dad bring the costs down a bit since we had to pay out of pocket. My dad felt like Tim cared and made him feel like a valued customer. Thank you for the awesome customer service!!! More
