I dropped it off for a check engine light that came on and my truck was there all day Thursday and all day Friday and finally I could come Sat ....also been waiting over a year for recall items to be fixed. When Brock ( service advisor) was there he was awesome and quick to update me. My last advisor sucked-I had to call him everyday, however I'd blame management for not having the proper staff on duty in both service and mechanics on duty. I am under warranty but I'm afraid to bring truck back in for recalls--might be there for weeks with your ability to get vehicles repaired in a timely manor. More
I went to the dealership to have my oil and filter changed and soon after the service advisor told me they had no oil for my vehicle, so I m to believe the service and parts departments had no oil tha changed and soon after the service advisor told me they had no oil for my vehicle, so I m to believe the service and parts departments had no oil that was compatible with my vehicle! My first experience since they took over COS Dodge. Good experience for the most part…. I don’t like how I can’t reach the dealership directly and have to go through a 1-800 number. The service associate was helpful and answered all of my questions, but the service cashier lied to my when she told me that if I took this survey I would received a $100.00, credit to be used on my next se questions, but the service cashier lied to my when she told me that if I took this survey I would received a $100.00, credit to be used on my next service or in the parts department.
