My wife and I worked with Ron today to purchase a vehicle and he was great. Very patient and worked diligently to find us a vehicle within their inventory. He even helped with transferring the items from ou and he was great. Very patient and worked diligently to find us a vehicle within their inventory. He even helped with transferring the items from our trade vehicle to the new vehicle. Austin the finance manager was great to work with as well. To help our daughter with the car buying experience he allowed her to play with legos in his office and even provided her with candy and cookies. It was a good car buying experience. Thanks guys More
Dropped truck off night before, in time to. have it in garage. Had appointment for 0715 next morning. Called next evening at 5 to find out status since I hadn't heard anything all day. Found have it in garage. Had appointment for 0715 next morning. Called next evening at 5 to find out status since I hadn't heard anything all day. Found out, service writer decided not to write up my truck for service that day since I was not waiting. Called next day at 1645 to find out truck needed software upgrade and asked if it was completed. They said no, I asked why they hadn't called for approval and they said they had not gotten around to it yet, and all techs were already gone for day. I went at 0845, two days after my appointment and waited an hour for my service tech and my truck. Asked if they rotated the tires, (which was written on the drop off envelope (with a coupon inside)) and told, no, they forgot to write that, but they had my coupon for me. So, two days to get truck back and not all items were addressed. No communication from dealership after truck drop off, but three reminders of appointment prior to drop off. CO Springs Dodge went down hill during covid and never recovered. I switched dealerships. AutoNation took over and thought I'd give them a try. Big mistake. Sad More
The service on the service side is very poor, they seem to be unorganized and do not communicate with the customer at all. When I had my truck looked at for a strange sound, I actually had to get a ride to to be unorganized and do not communicate with the customer at all. When I had my truck looked at for a strange sound, I actually had to get a ride to the dealer in order to get an update. They won’t answer the phone or call you back when you leave a message. That’s terrible customer service. Then I got the excuses as to why, “we’re short handed” we can’t get to our messages” etc. I wiould recommend the sales side because they are good people who will bend over backwards to make the customer feel important. The service side needs a lot of work and will more than likely run the good long term customers off over time. More
The service and face to face contact was great. Not being able to talk to a real person over the phone was aggravating. I began to look for other Dodge dealers for my repairs. I would recommend usi Not being able to talk to a real person over the phone was aggravating. I began to look for other Dodge dealers for my repairs. I would recommend using a live person to answer the phones and to direct the customers to the right people. More
